Super awesome and wonderful employees, everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. The customer service is above and beyond; this is my first experience with pawn shops, but the professional staff and management know how to make you feel welcome and comfortable😊🌻

Customer service is non-existant at this place. They sold me 2 very expensive items and assured they worked. One is bound to the original owners account and they are not willing to contact them to correct that. The other item only one of the 2 components works. They want to offer a store credit and we don't even live in FL. I'll have to go through my credit card provider to get it corrected

Value Pawn has come through time and time again. Cash for gold on the spot. Quick and easy. Professional and Courteous staff. Needed a pair of earrings cleaned for daughter. Like new in minutes. Thank you.

I just lost my dad due to cancer and have been trying to downsize all of his "stuff." When I went reluctantly to sell, Martin was extremely patient, calm, educated and even more so kind through this process. I will NEVER use any other pawn shop BUT Value Pawn as thanks to Martin, I was able to laugh, learn and make money while still mourning the loss of my Father. Thank you!!

Sunday Feb 13, I Couldn't buy anything since I was asked to leave my backpack in the front counter before shopping. They dont trust me as a customer? Ok, so why should I trust them with my personal bag with Valuables in it. I happen to be a pawn broker myself... lol, and found this approach rediculious. I was being profiled....really? Well I guess business is over with me & them, that's what I call good business ethics. A burned bridge.

I see these guys on a regular their so helpful n nice to work with we play around and laugh at all times its a good environment they never try to cheat you on your money they give you what you either are looking for or what they can Rod is an amazing dude he's always willing to help somebody and the rest of this stuff is amazing as well

Came in here a couple times with a friend. They have some great prices on their items here. My friend needed some money fast for emergency, Lindsay was able to offer her more than what she needed for her jewelry. Which was much more than what two other pawn shops had offered. I'm sure I'll be back I saw a couple things in there that I'll be needing here in the future.

Went here and Rodd assisted me. He was super nice and friendly. Made sure that I had the exact amount I needed for a quick loan and went above and beyond! I’d definitely recommend this place whenever you have a quick emergency!!

Haven't had to sell/pawn in years but my medical insurance denied a prescription for a procedure this coming Wed....had put some jewelry aside for making into a new piece...was greeted at the door by Mary...everyone friendly & very helpful and got some needed cash in a pinch. They sell defective and unsafe equipment. My family has had nothing but bad experiences here. Customer service is not good and they resell defective equipment that smokes.

Rod & Dillion we’re very helpful in my shopping experience. I frequent value pawn and this is hands down one of the better locations in the Tampa area. Always can count that their products are legit and working condition. Buying or selling you can have confidence that they will not low ball you and are transparent with you and friendly. Overall felt comfortable and no pressure to buy or sell.

I like going here to shop and find out if items I have are of any value as I am Getting rid of some things. Martin is great and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have been the most helpful Of the places around them.

July 1, 2022, I visit this location frequently, the manager Dyllan and associates Martin and Sherrod are always very helpful, courteous and professional to all of the customers. July of 2021: Visited this location earlier today and the associate, 'Brianna' was extremely helpful. Brianna is always very courteous, polite and professional when offering assistance whenever I visit the store. She always greets customers kindly when they enter the store as well. This location has a great selection of merchandise.

I've been coming to this place for 7 years plus and done a lot of business with them. However they lied and told me my property was safe understanding I needed to be there in person to rebook my items. Well after paying hundreds of dollars to get there only to find they sold my custom limited edition controller before letting me pay to rebook my items for a later pickup keeping the total price the same. I'll never go back to this place. I just feel used and abused at this point. All for the almighty dollar.

This location has a super friendly staff. Breanna is very knowledgeable about computers. She was very patient, & spent time with me, helping me locate exactly what I needed. Also, she explained the differences, of why I didn't need certain things. She was honest. She was not pushy tring to make a sale, but genuinely trying to help me purchase what I wanted that fit my needs. Thank you Breanna!

My father in law went into this place and bought a tool from this place that was defected and brought it back to show them showing them it was defected and they put it back on the shelf to sell back at full price. This place sells unsafe equipment and steals from hard working individuals trying to make a living. If I could rate this place a 0 star I would.
