Laurie DeCresie was amazing!!! She worked until late Friday afternoon to completed my auto loan so I could pick up my Tesla over the weekend. Without her, I would have had my delivery delayed and possibly pushed back months. Tesla does things very different than a normal car company and Laurie was able to navigate and jump through all the hoops!!!

I have known Gina for 10 years and been banking with Florida Central credit union for about 25 years. Gina has always been both professional and very efficient when conducting transactions for me. She is very knowledgeable, and demonstrates exceeding expectations. I recently had an issue while out of the country (was unable to access my debit card). She managed the situation attentively and provided all the information I needed for my banking needs. Gina is a definite asset not only to me but for this banking community.

The Credit Union is awesome and I have been with them for over 20 years. Everybody has been awesome! My recent experience was with Gina at the Seminole branch and she was very awesome, very knowledgeable, and helped me out a lot.

I have been going to this branch since it opened. Everyone has always been extremely helpful. Gina has been helping me for the last 10 years; always with a smile on her face. I have recommended this branch to many friends and they have given me positive feedback as well.

I want to leave a stellar review of my auto loan experience with Laurie DeCresie and the Seminole Location of Florida Central Credit Union. I am a Bank of America customer with Platinum Honors, a Wealth Management client with an 850 credit score, so I am supposed to get VERY good service because of the amount of money I have with them. But when I tried to complete the auto loan with BOA, it was an entirely different ballgame than I was told! And my calls were transferred 3 different times before the call finally dropped and I had to go through 3 more calls again just to learn that the terms I had originally been given were not accurate. I am appalled with Bank of America. I decided to go back to Florida Central Credit Union that had financed 2 cars before. When I called, I was identified quickly and passed on to the loan officer, Lauri DeCresie, who was a breath of fresh air. Once I supplied the required information to Lauri, it was submitted to the underwriter the same day and the loan was approved before the days’ end. The entire process from my phone call to funding the seller was less 24 hours. Lauri was a pleasure to do business with and she was very engaging as well as professional throughout the process. My husband was listening to our conversations as I went through the loan process with Lauri and he said that was the best customer service he had ever seen. Thank you Laurie DeCresie! Want to give a shout out to Laurie. She made the process of financing my new car an easy experience. Once I got her all the info she needed she took over even working with the dealer to get the appropriate documents. My wife and I worked with Laurie to refinance our newer vehicles and were able to get a much better rate than what we were originally financed for. We have worked with Laurie quite a few times and it is always an excellent and pleasant experience!

Sharon is awesome! The new bill pay app was not working on my I-Pad. I went into the branch office and Sharon spent time tying to trouble shoot the issue between customers. She gave me info to take home to try. Still having issues, I called customer service. After spending 1 hr on the phone, they told me I need to go to my branch as they could not fix it .Frustrated, I called the branch at 4:30 and Sharon, again went above and beyond. After much research on her part, she got the issue fix. Sharon is always friendly, upbeat and willing to help!!

Best Banking/Credit Union experience ever! I have been a customer of Florida Central credit Union since 2014. Primarily I use the branch at 8202 113th St. in Seminole Florida and the people there are always amazing.
