Bad customer service at this specific location, I have done transactions at different locations in the area for years and in those other locations I have had no problems. I come to this location and they over complicate things instead of help and their demeanor Is not wanting to help people but to stress them out. Go to a different location. Your welcome.

I run one of the local Dunkins and I came in for change knowing that there is $100 limit per person Another Dunkin employee came in and because we both had Dunkin shirts on and did not come together I was denied my change because she thought we worked at the same Dunkin. She didn’t ask us she assumed there are millions of Dunkin‘s everywhere.

I think they are just absolutely wonderful. Very pleasant, very professional, very helpful. I have borrowed money every month for the past 6 or so months & twice I forgot to come in & pay them back on the date I was supposed to and both times I called the next day to let them know and they were very pleasant & understanding and paying them back a day late twice did not count against me at all. I'm sure it helped that I called & communicated with then about it. Very good experience. Definitely recommend.

It took them 40 min to give me the money and they let 4 people go in front of me while I'm waiting at the window. Last time I go there

They are always friendly, acurate and quick. Usually go there during my lunch hour for fast service.

I paid my bill 3 days ago through Amscot And it still hasn't gone through And now they're telling me I'll have to wait 3 more days for it to go through. I will never go to Amscot again

I wouldn't normal review a place like this but I just couldn't help it. the lady working at the front was absolutely so rude and frankly just dumb. She miscounted my money and gave me more then she was suppose to and being the nice person I am I went back inside and gave her some back then she asked to recount it all and I let her and she apologized and gave me back the "right amount" but this time she had cut me $20 short. I can't believe they let a women like this work here... Unbelievable.

I only ever need money orders from this business. They are fast and friendly and FREE. You actually get something for nothing. Where else in this state would that be the case? No hidden money order cost AND free tootsie rolls.

Worst Amscot ever.. they are not friendly here, there's always a problem everytime I've tried cashing a check here even tho I've cashed that same check from the same company for the past 7 years at the location a few miles up the road, they do everything they can here to get out of working. LAZY!!

Save a trip and go to another amscot.
