I would like to thank my realtor/broker Mr. Hani Barakat from America's Best Choice Realty for finding me another property and introducing me to a great title Insurance agency. I just closed on another property with Liberty Title Insurance. They communicated with me as a buyer and with the seller regarding the closing in a timely matter and able to answer all of our questions and concerns. As a result, the closing AGAIN went very smoothly and all parties were very have with their professional, and prompt service. I will definitely continue using them for my next real estate closings.

Jennifer is the best. She always is responsive to whatever is happening-and provides options and flexibility. Love the umbrella policy provided at no additional costs to all parties to the transaction for identification theft. Lloyd’s of London adds credibility too.

I never met a business that took the time to walk me through all the paperwork, that you have to sign during home sale. Ease of conversation, professional and kind. Especially during Covid 19 restrictions. Everyone made it seem easy, yet I know it was a lot of paperwork. Thank you.
