Not happy ATM down for the past week! Unable to get the Denominations of bills I need to run my local business!

Decided to stop by after work to do a product change on one of my credit cards and apply for a new card. I've had good experiences with this branch before, but unfortunately, I ended up waiting 45 minutes to be told I could not do a product change to a lower tier card. I was told that I would have to cancel my current card and apply separately for the two new cards I came in for. Well, I ended up calling Chase customer service when I got home and had everything taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Product change and new cards coming in the mail within the week. Lesson learned...

Literally the worst chase in the area. Every time i come here the service isn’t great. I waited in line today while several other employees sat in a room and talked and laughed. Look over at another guy in an office taking what seemed like was a personal call. I manage a retail store and would never have anyone waiting in line while i talked about an irrelevant conversation. Last time i came here i was on the drive-thru and kept being asked if the account i was depositing money into was actually mine... please link me with the person that wants to randomly deposit money into anyone’s account. I’ll keep going 15 mins out of my way and visit the Farmington location 🥴

If I could give 0 stars to whoever answers the phone at this branch I would. Called to set up an appointment for an issue told me 3 times they cannot help me call the customer service number. And wouldn’t even let me explain that I had already called 4 times and they told me to go to a branch. Called another branch and they were absolutely amazing! Just don’t even bother with this branch... ridiculous!

The worst banking experience of my life. Ended up leaving after 15 min because no one there wanted to help me. Was just trying to open a savings account and deposit $5,000.

Excellent customer service. They were very polite and helpful.

A Chinese-looking female employee was eavesdropping on my conversation with Michael, and she Laughed out loud when I said I'd rather walk-in to get service at my convenience than making an appointment. It was rude to laugh at your customer as if I had a stupid idea. Unprofessional.

UNprofessional and arrogant - do not sign up for Chase Private Client service . You will regret it - as they want the fees/commissions only and do not care about customer service. Please stay away from Chase if you want avoid fee$

I would never bank at Chase Novi Branch Due to the very very rude Josh Tomaszewki He told us he was the manager in charge He is customer relationship clerk After dealing with him we withdrew all of our business and personal account with Chase

Rude staff was told because I didn’t have a business account I couldn’t get changed but was told by another Chase that as long as I had a personal account I could get change Most definitely will not be coming back to this chase
