The service I received from Ms. Teresa S. last week was outstanding. I went into the branch to do a simple withdrawal and happened to mention that I was on my way to buy some gift cards; Ms. Teresa jumped right in and provided information on the gift cards that were offered by the credit union (no card fee); waited patiently while I figured out how many cards were needed and gave me two options of cards to pick from. Excellent service; very professional and friendly.I rate her a 5. Thank you Ms. Teresa and Happy New Year!

I do not belong to DMCU but, I have used the Novi Branch several times as a Shared Branch Credit Union. My experience, the customer service is Always respectful and helpful as expected.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Ms Teresa S. She was so patient and kind with handling the changes I needed to make on my account. The whole staff was very friendly and made my experience extremely comfortable. I usually try to avoid going into places, but this was so worth it. I appreciate the sincere service 🙏🏽

Your thorough follow-through, I will be forever grateful for: There were times that I became overwhelmed (given the auto inventory shortage), but you assured me that everything would be okay. Close your account and take your business elsewhere. Been a multi year member only to start being treating like I don’t have an account here. Couldn’t deposit a payroll check without a multiple day hold even though it’s been the same check from written by the same company that I just deposited a check from the week prior. Calls to customer service go unanswered, the staff are unhelpful, what benefit is there to be gained by banking with DMCU? These positive reviews gotta be fake.

I am so thankful that I am a member of this credit union. Over the years finances have become very difficult for me. My vehicle was totaled last year. I was able to purchase a new vehicle and DMCU refinance my vehicle for almost $200 less per month. Not to mention I got a way better interest rate. Words cannot describe the empathy and professionalism that II received. Thank you Adam, Jessica and Sukaina at the Novi branch!

I’ve been a member for 7 years. This new Novi location is close to my job and the one I always go to. I usually only do my banking with Leah L. assistant branch manager. She is wonderful. Actually everyone there is wonderful. Michael, Leah, Kelly. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Adam in the loan department. He was outstanding! Just like the bumper sticker says, I love my credit union!

I went into Diversified Members Credit Union to refinance my truck to try to get the payment lowered. I talked to Mike Brown who was very helpful and courteous and helping me refinance my truck. Tori was also very helpful and helping me transfer my insurance over. Thank you Mike Brown and Tori from DMCU in Novi, Michigan.

My experience at the Novi location has been Great everytime I have come into this branch. I just wanted to give kudos to new teller Taresa S. For her assistant with a recent situation with my account. A job well done.
