They are one of the best title companies around! They are quick to respond and always go far out of their way to get the job done. On several deals of mine they have stayed very late to complete the file. I highly recommend them to anyone closing on a property. I would give them 10 stars if i could!!

Our builder used Liberty when we closed 2 years ago. We needed assistance on an old proration bill we received from the city. I had a hard time getting answers or updates from Liberty. All they ever said on phone or email was they will look into it. They did not tell me of an approximate time I will get an answer. After almost three months and a negative review, they finally provided the information I need.

I do not recommend closing here. I am an agent and have heard nothing but negative things from other agents and consumers. I thought I’d give them a shot, and it was most definitely the worst closing experience I’ve ever dealt with.
