First time coming to Liberty Tax and experience was beyond my expectations. Great customer service and Giselle and great at explaining everything step by step and helping me get the max refund possible. Very happy with my service today. Recommend 100%!

They say free estimates but ask for money first .

Never was offered a full refund they wanted to give me 100 off after me losing a 1000.00 due to errors from Cynthia grandson her grandson isn’t licensed and the owner advised he was a receptionist meaning he never went to school for taxes he is actually still in highschool so as a receptionist he should of never had access to my social I asked for his tax prepare number and he doesn’t even have one after I spoke with the manger of the store and advised that her grandson assisted and put the wrong address he stated oh I wasn’t aware we can give a full refund then after speaking with Cynthia and siding with her he became the assistance I asked is he on payroll he said no so y’all have random kids from high school assist for free. DO NOT FILE UR TAXES WITH THEM THEY ARE FRAUDS AND JUST WANT UR MONEY

Although I did not use Liberty Tax Services this year 2021, as I did in prior years, they were still of great help in information moving forward.

Worst tax service ever, set up an appointment @ 2:30pm, got there early @ 2:15pm. Ended leaving @ 4:55pm! Took so long my battery in my phone was about to die. Three employees working, two new & the one doing my taxes, keep helping the other two instead of finishing my taxes. I had to remind her of my situation, before trying to catch the public transit at a certain time to get home. Never again. 1st time, last time. TurboTax is your best bet going fwd.
