Liberty Tax S Broadway, Wichita

My husband and I were return customers, well pleased with last year’s preparation. We went in on a Friday afternoon, sat, chatted and our taxes were done while we waited. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Would highly recommend.

Omg! So Very expensive! And had the supervisor in charge doing my tax preparation, made a $3,000.00 refund to me mistake.I had to prove to him from my last 3 yrs tax refunds that he had made a mistake, before he would even recheck my tax prep. paperwork. Found his mistake & corrected it. Then charged me more for tax prep.! Never will use them again! Almost $600.00 for tax prep, easy form. But was quick, only 30 minutes and was very nice.

Very efficient and very helpful. Really knows the ins and outs of taxes. Will definitely be going back.

Matt did a good job on our taxes the only issue I have is their fees are a little pricey. Also, I liked it better when we received the $50.00 in cash instead of on a card. Do NOT need another card or app on my phone so I had them take the money off their fees.

My boyfriend and I went to do our taxes and we didn’t make much last year but they still helped us get a good tax return! I didn’t get the 2021 stimulus and Suzanne (I think I spelt her name correctly, If not I’m sorry) helped me get it!! Anyways get your taxes done from them! They’re awesome definitely going back next year loved the environment and the employees are awesome!

I go to the 47th and Broadway Liberty tax in Wichita Kansas they are always very helpful and answer every single question I have it's a nice group of people and they do their job very well I'm always very satisfied with the service I receive

We trusted Liberty Tax to give us the best answers and options given our tax situation, that was not only a nightmare but they aren’t even aware of the tax laws! We asked a simple question with regards to a second home sale and the equity we’d earn and how that would affect our taxes.. my answer was “ I don’t know, that’s a good question”. This is one example of the “non-professionalism that we’ve experienced. We’ve had to return for errors and there was no apologies. We waited for promised returned calls that aren’t returned and it’s more than obvious these are people who just click next on the tax program and charge an excessive amount of money! Very displeased and will never go back.

Fast did not take a lot of time nice people
