Not only will she make you feel at ease, but you'll get the sense that you're in the hands of a highly capable professional who will have your back no matter what. We go there each year. Michelle and Tiffany’s calm demeanor and high attention-to-detail really made it easy for me to understand how all of the pieces fit together. My return was very complicated with multiple inputs but they made it seem like nothing. Very thorough. Always a pleasant experience. See you next year!

Simply stated – their customer service is outstanding! They are always there when we need them – they reply to any and all questions or issues immediately and, if we aren’t able to reach our initial recipient, then two or three other members of the team are there to assist. Every year that we have use Liberty Tax the staff offers a stress free tax season with their knowledge, they help their customers to feel comfortable and secure. I’ve been going to Liberty tax for years in Port Orchard,Wa. They are very helpful with my small business taxes. As not to pay more than I need to the IRS and get the deductions I deserve. I would recommend them to everybody.

After this crazy year, stimulus checks, a gap of unemployment, and so much uncertainty, the last thing I wanted to do was figure out how to fill my taxes out correctly. In no way did I want to end up filing wrong, or missing things, so I went to Liberty Tax here in Port Orchard. Tiffany was there ready to help and make sure we received every tax return we deserved!
