Liberty Tax Airport Way, Fairbanks

Liberty Tax took almost $300 of my $1000 tax return for 20 minutes of horrible service. The lady who helped me was extremely rude, asked about 4 questions, and spent the majority of the time on the phone with someone else while I was sitting at her desk. (Phone call was personal, not about the services fyi). They charged me an extra $60 fee to take the cost out of my return just because I didn't have over $200 cash on me to pay upfront. Then didn't update their hours on their answering machine or their website, so I had a lovely experience walking across town, after 3 notifications to pick up my check, just to find out they were closed. When you live paycheck to paycheck, getting your money back the day they say you can is pretty important. Absolutely horrible experience, NEVER returning and I strongly recommend that no one else does either.

Totally screwed up our taxes and our friends. Completely unprofessional and poorly trained. Would never use again. IRS came after us because they did taxes wrong twice and then failed to file the correct ones.
