David Bolt was by far the best representative I have worked with. We are military and move all over and his customer service is the best I have experienced. The work they did was satisfactory on my car. They were efficient for the amount of cars they bring in daily. I was more than happy. Their prices are also comparable to that of surrounding mechanics in the area. I had a tire repair done and an oil change and those prices are nearly exactly the same as another shop that I had been to previously for those maintenance issues. I am very happy and will definitely go back for all future car needs up until the time the military moves us again.

I was taking my new vehicle to the dealership exclusively for years, until one day I called to make an appointment for a routine oil change and was told their next available appointment was 6 weeks out. Since then I have been using a well known award winning service station and actually prefer their customer service to Kendall. After I drop off my vehicle, they take me directly to work and will pick me up when my vehicle is ready, if needed. No waiting a half hour to 45 minutes for Kendall's courtesy van loaded with people going in four different directions. Who has time for that? Just saying.

Our lease of a 2017 Honda Civic ended a long search for a second vehicle. When I visited the Honda/Subaru portion of the Kendall dealership, the salesperson there , Austin was very helpful, accommodating, had a good knowledge of the product. There was never any pressure to buy along the way. While the time to finalize things was a little long due to other customers that day, costs where true to what he originally gave me , and at the finance end, there were optional extras offered.We did take advantage of the one that made the most sense. We were really pleased the time Austin took to explain the features of the car . He was very thorough. He even took the time to pick me up to get the car the following Monday. Very pleased with the sales experience,and am very pleased with the car.

Service Manager David Bolt exemplifies excellent customer service. The shuttle service is excellent and also well-staffed. People seem friendly there, and the dealership seems clean and well-run. I will not hesitate to return and give Kendall my highest recommendation.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Bobby on several occasions. It doesn't matter what the problem with my vehicle is at the current time or if I have a simple question or come in for something as simple as an oil change, he always gives me top quality service. During the cold winter months my car had not been handling so well and a problem arose that made my car deemed unsafe to drive for much longer, especially since I drive from Delta Junction to Fairbanks every day. He got me an appointment for the next day so the problem could be resolved. He even arranged for me to get a rental car free of charge to me because of the long repair. Even though I had been quoted a cheaper price at another location I had no second thought that I would rather have my car serviced by a company and people I trust, no matter the cost.

5 star Kenneth Fulk, Mr 5 Star Kenneth is the man. He even came in on his day off, he was as happy if not more happy than I was when the agonizing 2 months of wait due to other issues that had nothing to do with Kenneth, he did his job well, professional, couteous, went above and beyond what he had to. He is the heart and soul of Kendalls sales program, and if it wasn't for him this deal would have never been done and I would have walked away from it and got something else, but his constant reassurance and communication kept me in it. Great job Kenneth, see you in a couple months when the baby is born and we upgrade the wife's vehicle.

When you get there ask for Kenneth he’ll really look out for you when it comes to buying a vehicle. He was very helpful and made sure I could find a car that was in my budget range and was extremely helpful to first time car buyers.

Kendall Honda was great overall minus a horrible interaction with a particular salesperson who was actively trying to sell a car to another couple while I was trying to close. Great family space with toys and TV while waiting. Very nice sales manager Heather went above and beyond to rectify the situation and help us get the car we needed for an affordable price. The sales associate even took time to go over mechanical components for DIY mechanical work and maintenance. The parts center was fantastic! They gave me quotes on accessories and shipping, helped with warranty information, and was straight forward and honest. He let me know what the shop price would be as well as the DIY price. I would gladly do business with them again.

We had an excellent salesman that steered us to the best vehicle to meet our needs and pocket book. After purchasing the slightly used vehicle, I noted some minor issues. All concerns were resolved. My salesman has remained my primary contact and continues to be available even after the sale. We are very pleased with Kendall Honda Fairbanks.

Kendall was my first experience not buying a car off of Craigslist and it was well worth it. Multiple staff members helped me immensely and got me the exact used car I wanted for a great price. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and were kind and genuine throughout my experience. Buying a car from a lot could be an intimidating process, but Kendall made it accessible and fun.

I ordered a 2013 4Runner from Kendra Dixon, and was very pleased. I traveled from Eagle River to purchase vehicle and I would do it again. She was professional, straight forward and honest. After buying several vehicles I have not had an experience as well as this. This vehicles price compared to lower 48 prices. Its nice to keep our business in AK.
