Good selection and friendly staff. Haven't needed them a lot but like most places in Fairbanks, it can suffer from just the right part being out of stock on occasion. Shouldn't happen much, bit it's not a huge store. Otherwise the variety is nice

College road has terrible service. Terrible employees, terrible everything. AutoZone has more pep then this store and that's saying something. Watched a guy hang up the ringing phone several times, messed me up on parts several times, if O'Reilly has what I want I go to Airport or North Pole and get it transferred, it's that bad.

Love this location! I pick their brains often about what might be going on with my vehicles, they're always helpful. And Associate Tony went above and beyond helping me diagnose and fix a turn signal issue, he's truly amazing!

Pretty friendly staff. They don't l know how to get creative to find the things that will work for your older vehicles but they are plenty patient while you try to figure it out. I have an older 1st gen toyota buggy that has been Frankensteined together. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right nomenclature for a part. Or even year for that matter!

I needed to get two different bulbs for my driverside tail light and the associate there was able to find them on the computer very quick and pointed me to where they were right away. Very good service and always has what I need.

I've loved OReilys for a long time, however this visit was very disappointing 😞 salesmen barely tool time to help me with 1 issue, took a phone call in the middle of assisting me then told me to go to dealership, didn't even get the part I needed for the second vehicle I needed help with. Very disappointed

I give O'Reilly's in five star because I think they're a great place they're very polite when you go in when you need help with your car there right there to help you keep up the good work guys

It was busy in there, but through trial and error finally have the right adapters for an exhaust pipe. The previous owner or a muffler thief had cut the pipes at an odd bend and angle, so, it wasnt as clear as the books say, had to neck it down a bit.

Lily came out in the snow & helped get on my new windshield wipers. She was professional while being friendly & informative. Thanks for the awesome service!

Aaron was a genuine nice guy. I had a car offered to me to use while I was here which my Son arranged. My absolute favorite-a Mercedes! Anyway I had it washed, gassed and felt it needed a new windshield wiper (yes, it only has one). Aaron picked it out for me and installed it with enthusiasm! Since I was in my most favorite car, he took a picture of me and the Mercedes so I could send it off to my family. Did I mention I am from from Reno Nevada. Thank you again, Aaron! I went to another business first and they could not give me the time of day. 🥰👍✅👍🥰

I was able to get what I needed but I kind of felt like I was intruding on the attendant.

Great, prompt, and courteous service by Aaron who helped us with changing the wiper blades on our rental car. Highly recommend going to this auto parts store.

Came here last week when I had overfilled my ATF. Tony went above and beyond to help me not only find the correct siphon pump/tube, but also to help me actually siphon the extra fluid out of the ATF reservoir. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and really cared that I got my car taken care of correctly to avoid damaging my transmission. Couldn't recommend this location highly enough. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
