Christine was very knowledgeable and efficient. My wife and I were in and out in an hour. She laughed at my dad jokes so obviously she is awesome. We have used liberty for 10 years and not once have I walked out of the place walking bull legged and needing a doughnut pillow.

The girl that did our taxes was not very friendly. She told us we could only deduct $200 for new windows we put in. I said is that all and her reply was she didn't make the laws. We got home and she called and said she made a mistake on our form and we would have to sign again. It was $500 less. When we went back to sign she wasn't very friendly again. She needed some real training in Customer Service.
