Rarely would I even consider writing a review for a lending/Mortgage company. I can safely say that InterWest has been one of the most easy to work with I have ever seen. Same day pre-approval letter with a phone call!!!! what???!!! While I am sure they have other great employees, Jason Speirs is by far above and beyond my expectations from a Mortgage lender/Loan Officer. They better pay that man well because I am sure he is worth more than they are paying him. He has totally won me over as a customer ask for him by name. 15/10 would recommend them to friends, family and use them again!

We used InterWest Mortgage in Idaho Falls when we bought our home four (4) years ago. With the current interest rates being so low, it made sense to look at refinancing. We called InterWest Mortgage again and talked to the same agent. After explaining that we might be interested she helped us work through the refinance scenarios, comparing interest rates, payments, length of loan, etc. We asked how long it would take as we had a prior refinance that took almost four (4) months to close. When she explained that they usually close in less than 30 days, we were ready and began paperwork. We actually closed in nine (9) days. We were very happy with InterWest Mortgage and called our daughter and suggested that she look into refinancing with InterWest Mortgage. She also just closed. Amazing people to work with! Thanks!

Interwest mortgage is a phenomenal partner when it comes to the home buying experience. They helped me out when purchasing my first home and when the time came to refinance. They made the process an easy one. I very much so appreciated the care and patience they showed my wife and I, if ever we had any questions or concerns. My wife and I chose InterWest for our first home. We went through the process with a credit union and bank previously but InterWest was hands down the best experience we had. InterWest picked up the slack and had us approved for me and my wife's first home loan after another company that services veterans dropped the ball after over a month into the game.
