Working with Idaho first was a pleasure. For any issues that came up they worked with us so that things worked out well with the timing. Not everything went as expected but they worked hard to make sure everything was in place. Their people were very responsive and very good to work with. The software they were using to sign the loan papers wasn't very good. It had recently been updated and the software company had introduced several bugs. It was frustrating to use .This was purchased software and the changes were not the fault of Idaho first. Hopefully their vendor will get the bugs fixed or that Idaho First will get new less buggy software.

If we ever called and the person wasn't available, our phone calls were promptly returned. The process went smoothly and the timing was exactly as they had described in the beginning.

We needed a letter of preapproval to buy a house and it was a holiday weekend and we lived out of state, but they were able to get us a preapproval letter in less then an hour and we were able to able to bid on the house and we got the house. They then helped us with each step of the process to get the loan and mortgage arranged for our new house. They were great to work with and very friendly
