We had a great overall experience with Mann Mortgage, Narda was always very professional and kind. we had some hiccups when it came time to modify from the construction loan to the actual mortgage but it was in no way caused by Narda or the rest of the team in Idaho falls. they are definitely true to their slogan, If Man cant do your home loan than no one can.

It started off to a rough beginning. Communication from the manager was, in my experience of running multi-million dollar companies in the past, substandard in the beginning. It improved when we got closer to the end of the loan process. It took over 6 months to complete but I understand my situation was different than most. I had to beg for communication on what was needed and what was next. The manager I feel needs to take some classes on handling situations and control of her emotions while talking with clients and Real estate agents. I had one call from her that felt like she was threatening me to find another company that could do what she was doing for me. All I asked was to know what was happening and where we were at in the loan process and had challenged her to contact me in a timely manner. I think there is room for coaching for improvement and manager training that could help future clients. Overall I am satisfied with the way it all turned out and will send friends to Mann Mortgage in the future. I hope that mine was the rare case and that no one else has had the same trouble I have had.
