Heather was fantastic and patient with all of my questions and explained the answers in a manner that was easily understood. Being a first time home buyer and new business owner, I had no clue what to expect come tax season, but she made the process completely painless and fast! I would highly recommend Heather to take care of your taxes for you. I know I will be returning to her next year!

My husband and I had been going to H & R block for 5+ years, but had been unhappy with their tax advisors the past year and decided to try this place out. Best decision we could have ever made! The staff was so professional and caring, they examined every aspect of our income and we were able to feel more than confident filing this year. I don't want to go anywhere else now. We were so happy that we took our returns from the past 3 years up there for them to review because they had examined everything so thoroughly and because we felt like HR block was less detailed. I am actually happy to file my taxes again, never thought I would say that! Can't wait to file with them again next year! Update*** Returned with our taxes from the prevoius 2years and they were able to get us money back for both years!

I have been calling and leaving messages and never received a call back. They have all of my documents and still have not filed my taxes or tried to even help me. I feel like she put me on the back burner. Yet to this day I can not move forward because they still have all my documents and will not call me back. Disappointed.
