I have been with Guarantee when they were initially under another name. When Guarantee bought the branch, I was concerned about changes. Thankfully they kept all the amazing employees and made the transition go smoothly. Every time I go, be it via the drive thru or going inside, in treated like family. This is a still a "Home Town Bank" in a rapidly growing city. They actually care about their customers, and always greet you with a smile. They also work with small businesses on loans. They helped my business grow. They can help yours, too. I wish everyone would leave the big banks and come here. It's much more personal.
