American National Bank of Texas I, Royse City

Went in the other day to open an account a bit before close. They made it so easy. The girls up there answered all my questions that I had about the accounts, what their fees where, and loans. It was amazing to find out from Stacie that they can do my loan for a boat and trailer. Then after a few payments Stacie is going to help me with a home equity to get my debt all into one payment. Not once did I feel as if I was being rushed to leave. I will definitely be letting people know about them.

Love this bank!! Everyone is so helpful and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Banking ladies are efficient and someone is always open to talk to you about all your banking needs.

The Royse City location is a joke. The manager doesnt know the difference between business days and calendar days. Stacey Williams cant even tell me how I go about getting a cash advance from my credit card. The blonde so-called teller doesnt have a clue about how you go about transferring money out of my account to another account using pop money. Im really surprised this bank is still in business. The staff is so rude everytime you ask them a question. I guess because they dont know the answer. Very unprofessional. I called my bank because their system was down and the automated system tells me my account is inactive. The atm machine is so out of date. It never works. If ANBTX cant keep up to date with all the changes in the industry they need to shutdown. They are so far behind its pathetic.

I have banked with them in Rockport for 20 years and they have always been very responsive. With the PPP loan application they went well above and beyond any expectation I might have had. I and all my employees are so thankful for their efforts as they helped remove so much uncertainty from out situation and helped us be ready to serve our patients.

The staff at the Royse City location are very rude and lack customer service skills. If you don't like people why get in the field of working with the public? Sometimes I go all the way to the Greenville location just because they are nice and treat people with respect.

After moving to Royse city I had to change banks since mine was to far. I am so glad I chose to bank with American national! The lady’s are so exceptionally helpful and made the process so easy. I’ve personally worked with kelly who opened my account, Brittani to fix some issues, Stacy in the drive through, and Mariah does most of my deposits! I’m so happy to have a great relationship with the girls who have my money.

No overdrafting is a lie. They let my account go negative and charged me a bunch of overdraft fees on an account that wasn't authorized to go negative in the first place. I would have been way better off had I just kept my job's pay card. Adp never wrecked my credit report with lies. Update: 2-25-21: They sent my account into collections because they don't want to deal with their customers. The creditor will never get my money either. I won't be robbed by some backwoods bank.

been banking with the Royse City location for over 20 years and if a issue ever arose they immediately took care of it. I tried other banks and they charge fees, fees, fees and a lot of red tape when something goes wrong. I love this bank. Stacy, George, and everyone else are always very nice and helpful

I would rate this place lower of I could. For starters their ATM ate my $118 worth of money. So whenever I can finally call them on a Monday and tell them and after they take my statement, they tell me I have to wait until Friday to get it. So I call them to ask them if they fixed it the lady tells me yes and that I should have it at the end of the day after the manager looks at it. Here it is saturday and still no money. I've been living off of $45 all week. I mean come on guys you had one job. Thanks a lot.

Set a account today and Norma was very helpful! That was month ago! Now I have a warring don’t put money in on sat you will not see until Tuesday and it doesn’t even show pending on your account and they told me I could write a check but then they can hit you with bounced check fee no thanks and they wouldn’t answer my question when asked about why it didn’t even show as pending on my account!
