Should not be in business. If or when they make a huge mistake on your taxes, they will not pay for that mistake even though their website clearly states 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. They messed up our taxes last year and have only offered to pay for interest. It's almost funny since we paid them money to do our taxes correctly. What's even funnier is that they didn't even own up to their mistake, I guess due to the tax preparer not knowing everything. I found out this time around, I shouldn't even be filing taxes at all. Thanks for nothing Liberty Tax. When they had to amend the taxes, supposed to been done in a day and why did they need the previous year's taxes, it took weeks. They still didn't have a clue.

Never ever use this place to do your taxes. Not only are the unknowledgeable, but they DO NOT know what they are doing, nor do they respond promptly, and they say they will do things and then they DONT!
