I did my 2021 taxes here at liberty tax on Glenwood.. I recommend this everyone to go there. Tax preparers nigel, sahiyah and Nikita are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The place is clean and spacious as well. I give them 5 stars and will definitely be returning next year

I have been filing with the same people for at least 6 years. Love this place. They always get me the most out of my refund and the price for them to do it is really cheap.

I did my taxes here for the first and Last time. I went here because the guy I usually go to is located downtown bklyn at pantzis and it wasnt convenient anymore. I wish I would've made the extra effort and stayed with my regular tax preparer. I asked how much would the tax service cost me and I was told about 300 dollars. I get home and a few days later check my paperwork to find out I was charged 750. I felt deceived. Had I known the true amount I wouldn't have done them here. Never again will I trust anyone but pantzis doing my taxes.

I have been working with this office for 2 years now. I appreciate the service and how fast the work was done. Everyone who works there is pleasant and respectful. They are following proper procedures for the covid. Love them!!

I did my taxes here and the lady had me signed electronically. In between my signing is a document asking for my permission to release my information to telemarketers. After she finished printing my receipt I found it strange she slide it in the envelope, so I asked her to let me review it. Two things I’d noticed 1: the amount she charged was different from what I was told. She charged $579.00 which was almost half of my return. 2. She deliberately hid the form for me to give consent for Liberty Tax to share my information with telemarketers. I signed it unknowingly. I will never understand why people have to be so nasty and dishonest. I paid my taxes all year, the preparer sat with me for 15mins, and received almost half of my tax return. That’s wrong. People be aware they’re selling our address and phone numbers to telemarketers. I will never go back there.
