Over 3 hour wait with no resolve. Always a issue at this branch. Better to take train & ride to city to conduct business. If you had to come here .. Ms. Shanice will go above & beyond to assist with her hands tied. She does the best she can.

I had done a deposit for my boss. I was suppose to return with $20 change. I realized once I returned to work and gave my boss his receipt and he then called me asking where is the $20 change. I didn't get no change. I tried to go back and there was a line and they said they couldn't access the cameras because it was to busy. I will be going to them in the morning time again. I don't recommend them.

I come here every time and I give this a five-star because their customer service is wonderful except for a few of the interns that are there temporarily some of them need a little bit better customer service but they don't last long so that's why I give this a five-star because the main employees that work there are very respectful and they take care of the customer in a timely matter. Unless the computers are slow or Bank very busy

My wife had problems with her new TD account and without a good explanations, she was notified that her account is being closed. At this location we had a reasonable experience. The manager really tried to explain the situation and he did his utmost best to help and retain us and I appreciate him for that. Good job manager and your employees....thanks for the service. I thought that I would get the same good experience at all the TD branches, but NO THAT IS NOT THE CASE. At the TD Bank on 2nd avenue, this employee, a guy who is a customer representative (at least I think he is), once you walk in the bank, he sits in a room on the left, TOTALLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. It did not happen one time, but 2 times and it is a shame for the company. You have those who do their utmost best to help customers and those who don't even care. So in the end I just closed my account. TD corporate, a message to you: train those of all branches better who don't know how to treat their customers and do appreciate those who know how....really disappointed, my first Bank in the US, and I had a bad experience.

Slowest customer service ever. These guys take a whole 30 min in between taking each client that have been sitting waiting for hours. I dont know if its just this branch but this branch is terrible. The greatest part about this branch is the painting of Canarsie theatre on their wall. Other than that be prepared to waste a whole day here if you come. You come in the morning and leave in the evening. Staff members having arguments with their bosses in front of customers instead of taking and getting customers in and out. I can go on and on about the foolishness going on at this bank.

Thank you! I had an issue with my account and i went to this branch. Miss Tiffany helped me. Everything went smoothly. She was really nice, explained everything to me and i was pleased.

I hate coming here. It doesn't really matter what time of the day the customer care reps take their leisurely time in serving guests and you can see some of them do not want to be here. I am tired of waiting over an hour just to send a wire that other banks allow online. This is such a waste of my time. I only use as it is close but I'm getting very tired of TD.

Read the reviews and decided to still use the bank thinking to myself it could never be that bad...it was worse than I expected. The clerk was very rude and loud...Each person in the bank could hear the discussion between the staff and customers.

If I could I would give negative stars. This TD Branch ALWAYS makes a “mistake.” Usually in their favor. During COVID I had asked them to recalculate a deposit and they refused saying I could do it again and come back. The line was 1 hour wait. So I had the m process it and had to dispute it later. I went pretty far up the ladder with this dispute it took 30 days to correct I was 100% right but the entire mentality all the way up the ladder was negative and not customer service oriented at all. I had about ten different types of accounts with them and I’m down to three business and two personal. All to be moved by end of Q2.

The tellers are slow they will talk to each other during customer transactions. While helping a customer it takes at least 30 min. Every customer should not have to be in the bank for long periods of time. Is the long wait because of management ? I do not know but this was before corona and probably will be after. Something has to change. Please for the betterment of the neighborhood more professionalism

Worst ATM, literally lost 500$ in the ATM and they could not find it and said it could not be returned. The Wait is terribly long. If there are too much customers, staff need to be added. Customer service fair. Do better
