The bank is good, but not this place. Today I was refused to exchange money because I did not have an ID card or a bank card or ssn. Why these documents when exchanging money for smaller bills?! The cashier will always check the banknote for falsity even without these documents. Much depends on the competence of the employee.

Worse customer service. Passive aggressive employees. Save yourself the headache and do not go to this branch. Closed my account there.

On April 1, 2021 at 706 am I deposited $980 dollars into the TD bank ATM located at 2063 Ralph Avenue Brooklyn New York. The next day I noticed that my account was debited $940 and I was only credited $40. I went to the branch more than 6 times and filed 4 claims and spoke to 3 different people including the assistant manager to no avail. I even received 2 letters in the mail from TD bank stating that the investigation showed that there was no error, overage or shortage in that atm. I can only deduce one conclusion; an employee of the bank or someone who services their atms is rigging these atms and stealing money from their customers. I wonder how many other people have been scammed out of their money from this branch? I am highly disappointed in TD bank and I need some resolution. I want my money back now.

Continuation from TD Auto Finance LLC Google REVIEW: I also had no choice and wasn’t comfortable with the company so I asked Dennis to close my TD checking account which that also took 2 weeks for NO REASON, glad I closed the account after that experience. The following day I logged onto my TD Auto Finance account online and I see the remaining balance is $124 short of the amount on the letter so I pay it off in FULL, furthermore, I contacted TD Auto Finance a week later still wondering where is my PAID IN FULL letter and indication of the account being closed which I was then told by Sarah(and many other employees throughout that month and a half) to hold on which I get cut off after holding for 15-30min to call back again and go through the same headache. Gloria Mill then answered and ACTUALLY helped me getting to a Supervisor named Courtney McBride who then provided the phone number to the TD Insurance Resolution Group which I am yet to see what they RESOLVE. When I called them representative Yvonne was VERY RUDE in disclosing information I needed to close this account and when I finally paid off the last $124, which I’ve paid it for 3 weeks already, I’m still yet to receive a PAID IN FULL letter and an indication to my account being closed. 2 weeks ago I called to request my PAID IN FULL letter to be e-mailed to me and from what someone at TD Auto told me I can just request the PAID IN FULL letter to be e-mailed to me if I need proof the account is CLOSED, still haven’t received it and they claimed they were going to send it the next day. TD claims it will be off my credit next month, today is the 29th and tomorrow is the last day of the month, if Tuesday comes and I don’t see any results I will be forced to have to use LEGAL ACTION in order to resolve this issue that has been mishandled by an UNPROFESSIONAL company. So now almost four months from the first day of my accident and still NO RESOLUTION from the TD Insurance Resolution Group.

I know we are all going through the Pandemic, but Omg.... one teller and the line has five people on the line. They are only letting two people at a time. Come on!! No meet and greet the customer. Wow!!!

EDIT: Came to deposit money at the ATM, each one, including the drive through one was out of service. Wow, what an awful location. I can honestly say I Hate this location and I wouldn't be affected in any way if it even burns down. That's how bad it is. Pictures included. Wanted me to wait 30 minutes to an hour and a half to get 50 Euros changed to American currency. Went to teller, told me to wait for customer service by putting my name on a list and subsequently waiting 30 minutes to an hour and a half to see someone. I then went to Chase Bank across the street and they were able to do it in a few minutes. I have accounts with both banks. I do not recommend this TD Bank.

I've been a TD Bank customer since they took over for Commerce Bank decades ago. This branch is extremely SLOW service & the tellers are rude. If this was my 1st experience with TD I would have closed my accounts & never have come back. Good freaking grief. Go to the branch on East 16th Street & U!!!

That's so not cool to check in at 9.25 am as next in line. And still waiting to see someone half an hour later.

I've had only good experiences with TD Bank as a whole, however this particular branch is the absolute slowest that I've ever been to. There are never enough tellers to maintain a steady customer flow, and for some reason many consumer transactions take upwards of 10 minutes. If you must wait on line for a teller or to speak to a representative, I recommend traveling a bit further to use a different branch location.

The worst TD bank ever. They are always short staff. I dont know if it's their policy to be so slow. I have visited other TD branches and they're all the same. I am seriously thinking of closing my account with this bank.
