I have been doing my own taxes for the last 17 years. I did mine without filing just so I would know what I was working with and I could compare. I have to say I will let Liberty Tax do my taxes moving forward! They got me $2500 more vs had I done them myself! I highly recommend them! Carlos Ochoa of course did an amazing job!?!

Been going to Liberty Tax for over 8 years. And obviously there’s good reason for that. This particular location always above and beyond to make sure we get every dollar coming to us. They are very thorough and make sure we understand every detail on our tax related issues. I really appreciate their service. Give them a try… Trust me… you wont be disappointed!!

I was assisted by a wonderful woman named Ruth and she was able to get me the most money I’ve ever seen from a tax return EVEN AFTER the fee for her services! Absolutely amazing customer service and the most delightful tax experience I’ve ever had!

Ruthie is awesome! She maxed my return and made me feel like a valued customer. I definitely would recommend Liberty to others.

The only thing good about this location was the lady who filed my return. While she was new and still learning she was extremely nice. I was there for a long time but it was ok she did a good job. However, it was not clear the waiting period for the advance. I called a couple times to get the status and the last time I did I got some guy. They didn’t put me on hold so I could hear them talking and he rudely wanted to know why I was calling again. Honestly the way they were talking about customers in the background I will never go back. I will go back to H and R block where I normally go and I know exactly what to expect. Just treat your customers better.

I came here to file my tax every year. All of people here are very nice. Ruth is my favorite person. She is very helpful. Thank you for the amazing job!

They actually treat you like a person and not a number. Ruthie helped us so much and got the most possible refund for us. Good vibes and kind people, would definitely recommend this place to everyone and 5 starts!!
