Liberty Tax Reidsville Rd, Walkertown

I've used Anthony's services for a couple years, he is very flexible with my schedule, starting late to accommodate me. All I have to do is drop off my paperwork, what for his call, then come in and sign! Anthony goes out of his way to give you the best services he can provide. Very accommodating, fast, and professional. When I need my taxes done, I go and see Anthony!

Anthony went above and beyond for my husband and I! We needed a copy of our 2018 tax return, so I called his office in Walkertown. Even though his office was closed that day, he had us come in and was able to contact the original office we filed our taxes through in 2018, have them sent over, and print copies for us. His customer service is exemplary, and we will absolutely be going to his Liberty Tax office in the future!

I was in a panic mode trying to get taxes done, Anthony put me at ease right away! He took care of everything an kept reassuring me do not worry! Believe me Athony made my day and I left there with a smile on my face and at ease in my heart! It's wonderful to know there is still good people all around!Also wanted to mention this location is in walkertown, nc.

Made an appointment with this office for 6pm and they weren't even there. We arrived at 5:35 and waited. Called the next morning to ask why no one was there and only got excuses and Anthony was trying to argue with me saying he was there at 5:35 because his last transmission was at 5:38pm. Explained that it doesn't matter and the fact was that they weren't there for our scheduled appointment. They actually did us a favor because we went to the Kernersville NC office and they were wonderful. I do not recommend the Walkertown office.

My first time using Liberty , Angie was friendly,quick and it didn't take long at all. I will be using them again.

Made an appointment on Wednesday for 1:00, showed up early, but for what? Nobody was there even though they blew my phone up and texting me and emailing me to make sure to be at my appointment. Extremely bad service and don’t even try to call the number to ask where they are, because your phone call gets redirected to another voicemail and goes blank

Anthony seems to be nice in general, just disorganized. He was 35 minutes late to our first appointment, lost paperwork but said we did not provide, that could happen. My biggest complaint taking to long eveytime we had to show up. Excuses was always updates, but i do not buy that every single time. He saod for this reason, that reason we had to file paper, no problem, thought we would stop by sign and submit, after an hour, still waiting, we had already been over eveything, why could he not have them already printed put, why did it take an hour to peint things out. He said more updates. Sorry i donot buy it. His paid, we have taxes in hands, but hopefully never have to go back. As i said he seems nice and knowledgeable but just not sensitive to his customers time. My hubby most patient person i know and he walked out today. He tried to place blame on us the customers. I am a true believer, the customers is not always right. But being respectable of your customers time is a huge thing to me and he was not. I wish him the best but i would not recommend him unless you have lots of time.

I am highly pleased with the services me and wife were given. I've been going through liberty tax for a few years but this location in Walkertown ,NC is the best place to do your taxes. The people there are highly qualified and trained to help with any questions. I also have learned so much about my next year's taxes. I am very satisfied with my experience here at liberty tax. You would be doing yourself a great favor to go here from now on. I will be going here from now on .
