I would love to just speak to a REAL MANAGER of what has went on. This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I would not recommend Truliant to anyone EVER AGAIN!! You have my information in your system and I have been a member for 8 plus years, but I will be moving ALL MY ACCOUNTS to another bank. Not a different branch a DIFFERENT BANK PERIOD!!!! After being lied to and told 1 thing and then told something else 3 days later. Not very professional and not how you treat loyal 8 plus years members!

Terrible inexperience workers this branch has , one of the inexperience manager in the world , MESPELT VINCENT is not intelligent enough to be a manager honestly, secondly when you call the branch the don’t pick up or return your call and they will be the one to give you there cards to call. Good bank but terrible manager the cashier are always on top of there jobs. Margaret Durham too is not experience to handle banking needs . This branch needs a better manager and more experience one not just a sitting manager, there is this woman behind the managers office I don’t know her name she always willing to help and always moving around in the bank, to check on customers that are unattended too, Good job Mam .

I moved my account from First Citizens to Truliant and have not regretted the decision. Staff is always extremely helpful and I formative. I appreciate the efforts they put in to keep their customers happy.

For anybody banking with Truliant DONT EVER GO TO KERNERSVILLE LOCATION they are absolutely unhelpful and rude. I went to pay my car payment that is due tomorrow and to give them MY MONEY AND THEY WONT ACCEPT IT they want me to drive 30 minutes away to use a drive thru location on my lunch break ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS by the time I get off they are closed. DONT BANK HERE ive never heard of a bank turning down money before it just blows my mind...

So happy I moved my accts to Truliant! They offer exceptional service and every interaction with them over the last 2 years has been positive. Highly recommend?

The people that work in this branch are usually friendly and helpful..... But Truliants mobile assistant and online banking team need a lot of training, I honestly believe a squirrel with no arms could be more helpful than they have been.

Been using Truliant for 2.5 years. Seemed to be a decent bank until l was in need. First, I overdraft this one (and only) time and they took all the $ out my savings to cover it, but I was $10 short so they charged me a $30 fee. This would be fine except they DIDN'T cover the charge. I was contacted by the company in charge of my school loan payments a week later and was informed that the bank reversed the payment. So I essentially had to pay the loan twice (once to the bank from my savings) plus a overdraft fee. Never heard of such a thing! If you're going to take the money out my savings and charge me a fee, you can surely cover the charge. Why touch my savings otherwise? Then the worst happens: my bank card is stolen and $260 taken out at the ATM right before Christmas. I report it right away. In fact I called them before the thieves made it to the ATM, but it took so long to go through their lengthy automotive service and confirm my identity that by the time I got off the phone there was a withdrawal. Do they reimburse me? Absolutely not. Because I had the PIN written in my PURSE in CODE (as I had a friend go to the ATM for me that day, I DON'T usually keep the PIN wriiten!) I was "grossly negligent" and therefore responsible.…

I've always had above and beyond services with Truliant but I visited the Kernersville location for the first time and it was not a good experience. When I first walked in the woman at the greeting table was rude to me and acted annoyed I was even there. The two tellers were chatting about their own personal problems. The guy I went to set up an account with spoke really fast and was confusing to listen to. Only AFTER he ran my credit did he tell me it would take 6 months to receive a banking card because I was barely under the limit. Would have been great to be informed before. He said it's on the website and although I believe it, it should be more visable. I thoroughly researched the company, it's values and checking account benefits before making the decision to switch. I've worked in the customer service industry for many years and I'm rarely one to ever complain but this particular branch was an awful experience for me.

I just joined the C. U. Last year. I'm very impressed with this location and was very happy with Faith Springs and Lori Scott. They were both friendly, and answered all my questions. The loan process was quick and smooth. I'm very happy here.
