Liberty Tax Henderson Crossing Plz, Hendersonville

First of all getting my taxes done here was expensive. Especially for a single mom working as a sub contractor. I payed $1000 of my already small refund. Then instead of getting a check they recommend the NETSPEND card. DO NOT GET YOUR REFUND PUT ON THE NETSPEND CARD! They literally charge you $1 EVERY time you swipe your card. Then when you use it at an ATM it charges you an additional $2.50 on to the $3 the ATM already charges you. So thats $5.50 just to use an ATM. WTF! Liberty Tax could have warned me about how the card worked but of course they didn't. I will not be using Liberty Tax again & neither will anyone else in my family. I'm going to make sure as many people as possible know about this.

I have had my taxes filed with Liberty Tax since 2014 or 2015 they messed up one of my tax returns and of course they are supposed to be guaranteed but guess what when i call to get them to pay for the mistake they made because i supplied i the correct paperwork and was told by their employee that i was EXEMPT from this penalty then 3 years later i received a notice stating that i owed almost $2500.00 because i wasn't considered exempt. They should have atleast offered to pay part of it but of course the only thing they would do is pay the interest which is only $13.00 right now because i just now received it and file my taxes at a discounted rate. I don't know about anyone else but ummm...if someone messed your taxes up and then 3 years later you owed that kind of money would you want them handling your taxes again.... no i don't think so. They could have even offered to refund me the money i paid for them to file my taxes that year but they didn't do that either. I will NEVER use them again. Just make sure you have documentation of what information they give you in writing.

This place is a scam, they spend 10 minutes charge you almost 400 dollars then lie about your return. Stay away! I will be contacting a lawyer

Terrible.. made an appointment, stores was closed for the day and no one bothered to call me. I called your call center to see if another location could help me. They said they left a message with the Asheville office and they never called me. So I went to H&R Block.

Very positive experience! Tanesha is very knowledgeable & helpful for what can be stressful. I hope the upper management realize they have a valuable employee.
