As busy as Joe and Joy were being short staffed at the time I went into the branch it was still a very pleasant experience! They were extremely nice and friendly. Joy's customer service skills were bussin' bussin'!!! I highly recommend this bank and branch, NY daughter agrees.

I rarely ever post on any form of reviews, however, Joe is a phenomenal banker and went above and beyond when I encountered issues through a private sale vehicle. After multiple days of payment issues he kept in contact and remained coherent to the arising issues, while offering potential solutions to the matter.

My family has been a Liberty Savings Bank customer for over 20 years now and couldn't be any happier. We are always greeted with a smile as nothing feels better then to be treated like family. I have loved using Liberty Bank. My mortgage was here. I have done all my banking here. My moms and kids had banked here. They are on a personal level. I trust and appreciate the people here at their branches. I use the Shamrock branch the most. They go out of their way when I have a situation of problem. Thank you.

Liberty savings bank is by far the best bank I have ever dealt with. Joy at the Shamrock location is always beyond helpful anytime I am there. I brag about liberty to everybody and comment on how great they are to work with and get answers from. I love the people here!

I truly love banking here. The team at this location specifically is what makes all the difference and gives you a banking experience that seems extinct in most places. They are cheerful, helpful and always know who you are. The experience is very personalized and offers a relationship beyond an account number. I am grateful to have such an amazing banking team within an amazing bank. The bank itself is also above the bar when it comes to not only interest rates, and offers, but also incentives. I do not know of any bank that could come close to the debit card incentives. Sure, some banks offer cash back on debits, but it certainly doesn't come close to the points earned with Liberty. The incentives are better than what most credit cards offer. All around just great.

We have been a Liberty bank customer for over 15 years, I went to 3 banks that day and liberty bank was the only one that greeted me as soon as i walked through the door, the rest wanted me to sign in and wait for 30 min. At the time i had 3 separate company's going and i had no time for that. The service and the personal touch they have always given is unmatched. The are a home town bank with all the big bank conveniences, online banking etc. I highly recommend liberty and have been for a long time.
