Dennis Fuller at the Venice office went above the call of duty to get my policy reinstated. His service was a blessing! Due to a slow down in mail delivery my policy was canceled! He got it reinstated for me and I’m very grateful . 5stars for sure !

This company doesn't know how to respond to their voice mail. They have not returned any of my phone calls. All they know is how to take your money and give deplorable customer service when you have questions about your insurance policy. I would strongly suggest that you go elsewhere to find your insurance needs

hard to get them on the phone they had a glitch in the computer months ago and they never said anything to me about it and as a business owner I need certificates to be faxed so my business can work at commercial jobs they couldn't find my information I had to tell them what my insurance company was that held my business insurance not happy but I must say the girl on the phone was great had no reflection on her she did her job great she helped me out in the end

Worst company I’ve ever seen. Need a form for a refinance. No answer on phone or emails(several attempts). Went to the actual location and office is closed lights out and blinds shut middle of the day with no business hours posted.

I just met with Dennis and I must say I was very pleased with the way he conducted himself and his knowledge regrading homeowners insurance. We discussed my existing coverage and he took the time to answer all my questions related to coverage and give me an education on Florida Homeowner insurance that I have been wanting for the four years I have been a resident of Florida. Job well done, thanks Dennis!

Finally! I company that truly cares about it's customers and goes above and beyond to take care of them! I cannot say enough good about Danielle. She has so much passion for what she does and is very helpful. I couldn't be happier with how Silverlight has helped us through our claim process and getting us the information we needed. This guy Dennis is a joke. Doesn't return phone calls or emails. Never answers the phone. Find a different insurance company to work with.
