PNC Bank S Tamiami Trl, Venice

I dread it when the atm is down because I can’t bear the interactions with all of the bitter women that work inside the bank! (Except the sweet younger woman who does customer banking)! I understand that they have to deal with a lot of negative people but smile your way through it and SMILE at someone who smiles at you! The air is so thick with negativity! Yuck! Just quit and work from home or something!

Its a good bank until you go inside to the tellers. Two tellers couldnt decide how to deposit a simple two party check. Finally deciding they could not accept it because they needed both parties present. Not for cash, just a simple deposit. Smh!

Extremely happy with this branch, especially Dee Anne who always goes above and beyond!!

Great team at the branch, love the online experience. Have had accounts at several banks, this one has been the best, in part due to the people.

Very nice and helpful people inside every time i've been here. However I called 4 times trying to set up an appointment with no answer. Great place to go in person, not so much if you need to speak with someone over the phone.

Just a horrible experience, they want to treat you like competition just to cash a check on a family members account they have had for 20 years or more just because my name was not on it. And charge $120 to cash a check. Then they told me they wont do it because they rather keep the money for their customers. PNC back is no good. Go to a credit union not a big bank that took billions of our tax money to survive to then deny you service.

Don't go there to the inside unless you have 30 minutes to waste. The slowest service I've ever seen. The excuse is probably the pandemic. I'll drive past there the next time to another branch.

Don't know why my comment was deleted from a year ago but I will make sure that it stays had a horrible experience here came here with a $6,000 check waited two weeks for it to clear and then when I went in to grab the money they told me they'd then again. You verify the check horrible customer service not a place to bank that's why I cashed my check and got out of there

I would never bank at this location. These people are full of themselves with their pompous attitude.

Friendly people working their. They are proficient at their job. I'm in and out and on with my day!
