Liberty Bank Farmington Ave, West Hartford

Started going to the Farmington Ave branch in 2018 because my previous employer pays through this bank. Mr. Marlon introduced himself and encouraged me to open an account there. Best decision ever, am now a proud business owner with help from this bank and doing well. Not to mention the the staff. Customer service satisfaction like no other bank (PRICELESS).

I switched to Liberty for my Business and Personal checking 3 years ago from a bank I had been doing business with over 20 years. Did not like other bank's management. and what a difference in service between the old bank and Liberty. It's a joy going in everyday and seeing smiling, welcoming faces. I've urged others I know to switch.....

I wanted my kids to have savings accounts and set them up at Liberty. Converted my daughter's account to a checking account with an ATM/Debit card as she got older. The staff has been great every time, helping her understand the different transactions, how to set up alerts on her phone, etc. Helpful, friendly, a great local bank.

Banking can be confusing and tough at times. I recently had an issue that I was very upset and frustrated with , as well as slightly confused even. Marlon and Josh in the West Hartford branch worked with me to have the issue resolved. Their customer service and help was great!!

I was recently in the West Hartford branch to open up a checking and savings account. The branch manager and all of the staff with whom I interacted were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great experience.

I've used Liberty bank for years for all our banking needs. Marlon and his team have always been eager to help with any questions we may have had. They also help me apply for a PPP Business loan. I look forward to working with them for years to come.

Liberty bank was a great bank. The bank has changed. They started buying other banks. When they did this there customer service that you call is not helpful. I have changed numbers and my address. I am able to give them my old number and address. The customer service representative says every time they cannot change my phone number or addresses only i can. They use to be able too but now they can’t. They tell me i have to do it in there app or website. I go to try this. But both the phone and addresses required i receive a verification to my old number for the phone number change and I can’t do this because i don’t have the number anymore.

Switched to Liberty from a large global bank that had been consumed by another large bank and offered horrible customer service. Much happier with Liberty for the past year or so. I hope they don't get bought up or merged with another bank like United and Farmington did.

Unprofessional staff. Have no clue what they are doing. Completely misinformed me on a SBA loan. And always “too busy” for follow ups. Horrible with getting back to you on the phone or by emails with urgent matter. Waste of time.

The don't offer second chance banking but yet the are advertising for this service. The bank manager told me the second chance is for there customers only ? So unless you have an account with them before you need a second chance this bank can't help you. They were also very condescending about the situation as well. Don't recommend wasting your time with these clowns.
