Chase Bank Farmington Ave, West Hartford

Great service always!! Extremely personable and I actually love coming in to see them. Mike is fantastic! Great friendly worker and so is the young woman! Love the place more than any other bank I’ve been too. You don’t get customer service like this at other banks.

I didn't realize until today that I had been taking the customer service in this branch for granted. I had to visit the Farmington branch (since it was nearer) twice and my experience there was horrible. After being disappointed there, I called this branch and they said they can assist me at a short notice without any appointment. The staff here is awesome and the bankers are knowledgeable. Their willingness to help reflects from their behavior. I'm sure I will always visit this branch even though it's farther for me from other branches.

This location is the best location I’ve been to since I been here in CT. I went into the branch downtown Hartford and it was like a ghost town. I decided to leave and I’m happy I did. There was one banker that literally walked by me maybe four times and said absolutely nothing not even a greeting. RUDE!!! I left and came over to the West Hartford branch and I’m happy that I did! They have it all great staff great attitudes, attentiveness, awareness, a parking lot for customers. I had a wonderful experience, if you want to be treated like a loyal customer use a couple extra miles, dollars, footsteps lol or whatever will get you there and I guarantee you will leave with a smile. ☺️

I recently opened my business checking and personal accounts here. Upon entering the branch for the first time, I immediately got the sense that I was in good hands and they valued my business. Joseph R. and everyone at the branch was extremely helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

I was greeted by no less than two people. I was asked what I needed and was directed to someone immediately. These people were respectful and friendly and super efficient.

My account opened up smoothly, great service at the branch. It took just a little time than usual for a deposit to clear however everything going well now. Recommended doing business with Chase

Always very helpful staff. Exellent Service, always very responsible costumer service, in my opinion they deserve 10 Stars, I don't know how some people have left one star. They are always super helpful.

It wd be most beneficial for your customers to hv a chase atm in the mall, specifically Buckland & WF. Also it wd be nice not to be charged addl fees for using non chase atms. It is bc ofthat reason im leaving chaseand sticking w my local bank who reimburses me for all non atm fees. I like that. Finally, Thank youuuuu for the new Chase branch in Wethersfield. Very impressed!!!!
