    Today I went into Lia looking for an SUV and I found the Jeep of my dreams. Amber Brainerd was my sales person and she was beyond helpful and friendly. I never went car shopping by myself so it was nice that she answered all my questions and reassured me. It was nice to be able to ask questions and get actual answers. I asked her so many questions and she never seemed to get annoyed with me. It's a good feeling to be able to go into a dealership and be treated nicely. Amber Brainerd even went on the test drive with me because I was nervous and showed me how the car worked. I have an 09 Hyundai so at 2015 grand Cherokee is extremely different.

    Great people to talk to and the knowledge that they have. I found a food pickup truck that is the same as NC. NC truck that has 95,000+ in mileage on gas and selling it for $38,000+. The same truck has almost 75,398 in mileage. The price is $25,929. They have great deals! Please stop by there. It's in Northampton, MA. The person that knows about pickup trucks is Zack.     I bought my 2018 Jeep Cherokee from Lia in Northampton and have taken it there for routine service whenever needed. And until recently I've found their service department to be first rate. The other day, however, my car wouldn't start. I called AAA who got me going with a jump and told me there was a problem with either the battery or the electrical system. I called the Lia service department and explained my situation. The person I spoke to basically told me to take a hike. What he actually said was they couldn't service my car until sometime in September (it was the middle of August when I called). I asked if he could suggest somewhere else in town where I could take it. "No," he said. Absolutely no help whatsoever. I eventually got the problem fixed at the Firestone service center right up the street from Lia.

    I know it's wrong to buy a new car from here jeep grand Cherokee L I bought it on November 11 2021 but yesterday the car had a problem with the car's system causing the steering wheel tow not working The system screen warns me everything. Wasting time that day 7-8 hours waiting for the jeep's towing vehicle to come home at 7pm I left the house at ten o'clock I wasted my money, my work, and my time. I lost my feelings. I bought vegetables, bought meat, which It's broken, I have to close the restaurant that day, which the jeep company replied, I just said it will fix it for free if there is a problem again, which is a new car for a month. The car has a problem. I want to change a new car or return the car because I don't trust. In this car anymore, the company is silent, so I recommend that you don't buy this car at all. I warn my sister, I'm going to buy this brand. So I told you to buy another brand and tell my friends don't buy it. I know very badly with this company , this brand of car , at first fell in love with it , but when I bought the car , with no help , regret . My car has a problem on December 23, 2021. Contact for help. Quiet. The company will have employees contact you back. Quiet for 2 weeks, no contact. Do you think it's worth buying a new car? Buy a new car from this brand?

    ON OUR THIRD JEEP! My Daughter ordered a 2020 Wrangler from the dealer in West Springfield. She decided that she did not like the standard transmission and wanted to trade it in for a 2021 Wrangler Rubicon. They lowballed her on the trade and would not deal on the new vehicle, so we went to Lia. Bottom line, she got a great price on the trade in and the new Jeep. Deal was almost $5K less. Vehicle was ordered, so exactly the same. We like the dealer so much that I bought a 2021 Gladiator Rubicon, and my wife ordered a 2022 Wrangler Rubicon. All three vehicles are great. Thanks Paul.

    Have to say go somewhere else, anywhere. The only saving grace I found there was in the general manger. Service department is horrible at communication and getting the job done correctly and when they do make a mistake as simple as balancing tires they won't get you back in to fix the problem for over a month. First vehicle I purchased here a 30k jeep wrangler they had for 10 weeks and could not stop a water leak into the cabin but did take it back in for a trade on a dodge Ram. Everything went mostly ok but I can't drive it on the highway with the tire balance problem unless I go and pay for to be fixed elsewhere, mind you they just put the tires on and I paid for a 4 thousand dollar bumper to bumper warranty that now I feel I'll have to take it to another dealer and pay the $100 deductible to get the job done in a timely manner. The service departments communication skills are the worst I have seen and I have been a service writer and service manager at dealers and repair shops. It's not asking much to keep the customer informed and fix your mistakes quickly and graciously. Going into the dealership is deceptive, nice new clean building and happy to sell you something but then when they see your name on the caller ID and ignore your calls, the pretty building takes on a different feeling. I would give a better rating if it was based on sales only but since I committed to a 3 year warranty contract I was expecting to be treated as a respected paying customer. It's not the feeling I have received and I am one that has more patience than most. This has been going on for five months and only seems to have gotten worse, now there excuse is they only have two technicians in the service department. Un happy Buyer :(
