Had a bad experience with a sales man there. He didn’t even want to show me a house unless he ran my credit. Then when he ran it showed me the houses. They are all basic models interior. No matter how but you get you house they are all build the same with no upgrades. If you need help getting a house they can help but only if your credit is over 600. If you have good credit you should try some where else. Trust me

We were interested in a home, but ended up being SCAMMED. Micheal Santos took our money KNOWING we were military who just moved across the country with nothing but what we could pack in our cars. He scammed us out of our money and now they won't give us the money back .I I honestly do not know how we are going to make it through this next month. These people are sick! What type of person can look another I nthe face and take the money that they just said they needed so much? He was dishonest and now we are near homeless. I hope you get what you deserve.

Don’t move to Luckey Ranch, seriously. The power always goes out monthly. Probably because the houses are being built too fast for CPS to keep up. That is definitely the reason why the traffic on Montgomery is ridiculously bad. The HOA is non-existent, only there to collect money. LGI keeps expanding and expanding construction that are roads are all torn up by the trucks. Therefore we are stuck with their HOA because LGI won’t leave. A year later I’m still trying to make repairs that the crews did a bad job on. The cheapest and I mean cheapest materials and crews were used by this builder.

Why I regret moving to this neighborhood... #1 HOA is useless. They do nothing to enforce CC&Rs. You get zilch for your dues. Homes have yards with grass/weeds knee high. Some homes have yards with weeds taller than than the 6-7 foot fences. Homes are allowed to persist looking like a Pick and Pull junkyard. Junkers, vehicles unregistered for years, cars parked in yards. Greenways unmaintained for months. I've lived her a little over a year now. I've reported the flagrant violations multiple times since I've been here. Over a year later, the issues remain unaddressed by the HOA. Our HOA is the definition of breach of contract. I would love for a lawyer who specializes in HOA tomfoolery to contact me, the residents are fed up. We are ready to seek legal action. #2 CPS power out here is unreliable. There are frequent outages, disproportionate to rest of SATX. The outages have been damaging home electrical systems. Frying breakers. Playing havoc on AC units. Damaging appliances. I've never lived anywhere with outages like this. If you choose to live here, rig your home to be able to accommodate a generator. #3 The park is gorgeous. BUT, access is not regulated at all. Non-residents monopolize the facilities. Basketball courts and soccer fields are nearly inaccessible because non-residents are always using them. There's no reservation system. There's no verification that residents are the ones using the facilities. Oh and if a realtor or LGI rep is selling ya on how the pond is stocked with fish, know that is not true. During our 2021 HOA meeting, our corporate HOA rep (HOA is run by LGI, not residents) said HOA is NOT stocking the pond. For these reasons, which I've done my best to present factually and professionally, I would not move into this neighborhood if I had it to do all over again.

The homes are cheaply made. The power goes out all the time and you have to reset your Breaker everytime. This has destroyed people's electronics, ac units and appliances. The appliances that come with the house are the cheapest on the market, so they don't work properly. They import dirt and rocks for your backyard, just so when you go to put grass you have to remove these huge rocks. Their truck drivers and crew that they hire are ruse and throw trash everywhere. Or they block traffic and take up 2 lanes, even though the streets are wide enough to travel on. The door handles are constantly coming off, and I have to actually screw them in properly, because apparently they don't know how. The HOA doesn't do anything .

I agree with the statement that they build these homes fast. So fast that there is bound to be issues. But, my problem lies within the fact that getting these issues fixed is like pulling teeth. The construction manager “Chris” is very lazy and refuses to fix the issues we brought up to him during the walk through. It is unacceptable that we constantly have to contact him and remind him there are problems with the way the house was built. As an employee of LGI homes please have some dignity and represent your company properly. And for anyone interested in these homes or LGI company, look elsewhere as that was my first mistake.

However, we have found several efficiencies in the construction process that allows us to finish high-quality homes in a timely manner. We do apologize that you have had trouble getting those items resolved! We recommend submitting a warranty claim for the items you found, as this will allow us to track the progress on these items and ensure that they are resolved.

Good homes! Very fast warranties if there are issues! Only thing i would tell new buyers is be aware where you are buying! Everything is a drive for now.. there is only traffic between 6am-8:00am and not too bad between 4:30pm-6pm Other than that i was already aware of the area and didn’t want to be inside 1604 the houses are okay for the price!
