Today I was met with courteous staff who were very helpful to address my need for several issues I have had with the many unique safety and navigation accessories of my leased vehicle. The staff was very helpful and sought the knowledge of a young lady, DANIELLE, who tutored me with the help I needed in order to navigate maps and directions easily. In addition HAL, one of the sales reps, remembered me and cheerfully came over to see if I needed help. This sales rep enjoys his work here. Excellent service all around. From making appointment, ease of driving into facility and consulting with service advisor as to what work was to be done. While waiting in comfortable facilities for work to be completed I was always kept up to date on the work being done on our car and was completed in the time it was promised to be done. Service at Lexus Warwick is top notch. They have loaner cars if you need it. Everyone is so friendly. Deanna was helpful, kind and efficient. They focus on all the details and go above and beyond like vacuuming the mats of the car.

I love the staff at Lexus, every time I go to take my car for an oil change or any maintenance they go above and beyond. Peppino, Jorge and Anthony are my go to guys! they made sure the air pressure was right when it was low, they also washed my car when it was dirty. I usually dread waiting but I love lounging in the waiting area full of great drinks, snacks and not to mention they were so quick it felt like I was in and out. Can't improve on perfect.

I took my car to Lexus of Warwick for service last Saturday. Mr. Palladino was my service advisor. He was very professional and personable. The experience reminded me of what service used to be like, many years ago. It could not have been better.

The best service ever. I can't recommend this place enough. I had a recall in my car and they did the service for free and they lend me a loaner car which was a recent model also for free. They kept updating me the whole time they had my car. Jason was really great and he kept me updated through calls and emails.

Hal gave me the best experience possible. For a salesperson and a dealership to treat you well especially during these times with price gouging, it says a lot of how they view long term business. Stopped in for my scheduled appt. and met John. Upon chatting w/ him & discussing my concerns, he offered his suggestions but brought in a Lead Mechanic (Quake) for certainty . My issue being hard shifts in the trans., I feared being told I would need a new one. Rather than offer any bias, John had me explain to the mechanic my concern. Turns out they both suggested the same service; full service trans flush/fill. I'm 150mi. in from the date of service and the car still shifts like new. My confidence in John and faith in their team of mechanics is strong.

Very pleased with friendly staff at Lexus of Warwick. Karen, parts manager was great and Zach, parts specialist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bottom line is, if you want to buy a car, buy Lexus from lexus of Warwick.

Whenever people take their car in for Service they view the Technicians as the bad guy, thinking they are only out to make money. Not this case here. Ryan Gardiner has been my Service Advisor for years, if it wasn't for the trust and honesty he brings to the table I would not be bringing my 22 Year old RX300 back for any work. He goes the extra mile to deliver better service. Employees like him are an asset to any organization. Don't let him go!

As we walked in the parking lot, approaching entrance, our sales rep ( Gaby) recognize us with only a look, our eyes met and we felt recognized before we even got to the door. When I walked through the door I was immediately recognized for the second time, the first was the eye contact before entering the door. That alone already made my day after a long day coming from work. She asked how she could help we told her, she gave suggestions and in four hours we were driving out the parking lot. The service advisor I had was excellent, Ryan Gardiner. I would request him again. He was timely with updates, thorough with his explanations, and helpful and courteous with my concerns. It is the kind of service one comes to expect with a Lexus. The booking dept for appointments, loaner vehicle, etc were not as attentive.

From the beginning of my appointment being scheduled to the completion of my service, the experience was most professional. The woman who assisted me in scheduling my appointment was very helpful and patient, taking the time to look into my specific vehicle’s history and to inquire of any possible extended warranties that could assist with the cost of my service. She was pleasant on the telephone and was helpful in scheduling my appointment and setting me up with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. Jason Costa, who assisted in the coordination of service for my vehicle, was very helpful in explaining the extended warranty coverage that applied to the cost of my service and was helpful in recommending/scheduling additional upcoming services for my vehicle while it was there being serviced. I appreciated Jason taking the time to do this for me because it actually saved me time from having to come back to the dealership for those services in the near future. Jason took the time to answer all of my questions and kept me posted regarding the service taking place on my vehicle throughout the process. Jason went above and beyond with getting me settled in the loaner vehicle, replying to emails throughout the day I sent him and took the time to schedule a vehicle swap so I would not have to make a trip down to the dealership to pick it up. I just wanted to take some time to recognize the superb service I received from the Lexus dealership in Warwick. I was having my windshield replaced. Mike at the collision center did a good job on the installation. Lexus was not very helpful. It was very difficult to schedule the service. I started at Lexus of Warwick only to be directed to three different numbers before finding out it was the one guy that schedules and does the glass replacement at Warwick Collision Center. I started this odyssey on 29 March. Repair finally occurred on 16 May. My first Lexus. Never was it this hard to get work done on my past 5 Toyotas. Not luxury service to go with a luxury car. Expectation is 1 call & done. Should've bought the Highlander? Attempted to post this on CARFAX link dealership emailed but it would not save.

The advisors work hand in hand with the technicians who service vehicles and provide recommended services to prevent potential future problems. We had a unique situation due to timing and travel and both the parts and service department worked so well together to accommodate us last minute, even though that meant that someone had to stay late install crossbars on my Lexus. The Lexus of Warwick was phenomenal, usually at a dealership you’re used to working with just two individuals, the sales person and the finance person, that is not the case here! I loved how all if not most employees and managers would introduce themselves and give and provided a tour of their facility while we waited to be seen in the finance office. The clapping and cheering we received once we purchased our new car was great my fiancé and I definitely felt a sense of belonging and it amplified our excitement of our new purchase. I look forward to our new SUV especially now knowing we will be serviced by such a welcoming staff.

We had had our car serviced but immediately garaged it while we went away for a vacation for 6 weeks. We noticed a strange noise upon our return; called Lexus who said they'd check it out. Initially no noise while driving but the service center checked and found a loose heat panel which they repaired with no charge. Service was timely, efficient, and super cordial. We were impressed!
