Stopped by to get a watch battery replaced for $7 (nearly a third of the cost of other places). Milton didn't have the battery in stock, but he did tell me that if I get a battery he will install it at no cost. While I was there, I paroosed their merchandise. Nearly everything was a bargain. Great staff, great prices, and superior service. This place is worth checking out. THANKS MILTON!

Has to be the shadiest pawnshop I've ever been to. You cannot trust the manager to live up to his word. If you ever purchase anything thereI I would be sure to have it verified somewhere else. And if you start asking questions they threaten you with the police.

Place should be shut down, this pawn shop Is an absolute joke! They rip you off completely Stay away seriously!

Just walked in here to look for a guitar amp and some tools and walked out instantly because I can buy what I want brand new for less than what they're asking. What aggravates me the most is the amount of people dumb enough to buy there and keep them in business.

Called first to inquire if they buy jewelry so my drive there isn't a waste. They said "yeah" so I went there, they're not too friendly. I was told they'd offer me $2 for this piece! The piece is perfect and worth MUCH more. This place is a joke.

COWESETT AVE, PAWNSHOP IS A TERRIBLE PLACE! They should go back to Fall River! I’m a local to this store. Tried to avoid a bounced check of my own personal self and figured I would try this company again after many years. THEY ONLY WANT WHAT THEY WANT! I brought in a couple tools of replacement value was over $400.00 for the pair. They only wanted one and it wasn’t worth what the store offered! THIS PAWNSHOP ISN’T WORTH ONE STAR!!! THANKS FOR KEEPING THE LOCALS AND WORKING MAN AT AN OCEANS DISTANCE! I tried this company in the past, there was a reason I didn’t go back! TODAYS BUSINESS IS FROM THE INTERNET, SO HERE IS A TERRIBLE REVIEW. I saw what they had for tools retail, they must be working on a 400 to 500 percent markup. So they didn’t profit from a two week loan. The other company down the street did!

Not only is this the WORST pawn shop I have ever been to, it is the worst store or business I have ever been in. They could not explain why some of the jewelry that was accurately stamped yet that is all that cashier said it needed. I asked for an explanation and she completely ignored me. And she tried to pull a fast one on me by trying to have me sell yet I said very clearly I wanted a loan. DONT EVER GO THERE unless you want to be treated very badly and ripped off. I told the cashier that she should not have a job in customer service

I went there to look at electronics. While there I saw several items mislabeled. For example they had an Apple Watch series 2 but on the tag had labeled it a series 3. These people are doing little things like this throughout the store trying to pull a fast one and potential victims and sell their stuff for more then it’s actually worth

All these bad reviews and I dont see how. staff is great. never had a problem with anyone of them. always gave me a fair price. and they do have alot of good stuff. if your trying to go in there and sell a $500 tv I'm sorry to say guys your not going to get $400 for it. it's a business and they need to make money too

Worst service ever they have little kids working there brought in a 58 inch Vizio brand new 4k SMART TV the guy didn't even know how to turn it on then offered me 150 also lied and said it was on eBay for 499 when eBay doesn't even have the model of my TV. So there for they are just out to rob people my husband called and tryed to tell the guy it wasn't even on eBay he said he didn't believe us that he believed his co worker usually we don't have problem's like this but we noticed the owner/Manager wasn't there when we came in so they definitely abused thier authority. When the management is there we see a different atmosphere. Today was definitely not professional. Very surprised.
