There is no option for 0 stars. I walked in at 3:45 on a Weds afternoon where there was 2 people working behind the counter both assisting a customer. By the body language of the customers, they’ve been there a while trying to accomplish something. So I sit and wait thinking I’m up next, this won’t take too long. Well, one worker finally has the guy sit and fill out application in which I heard her tell him 3 times after asking 3 questions, she says “yes we will get there, you need to fill the application out 1st.” Meanwhile, I stand up, assuming she’ll call next, any minute. Instead, she picks up the phone and says, you can come in now. A lady comes walking in and up to counter. I have no problem with them assisting whoever was there 1st, my problem is I have no idea how many people are before me and it looks as if they don’t have the courtesy of letting me know how many people are waiting or simply an estimate of how long it will take to get to me. Is that too difficult? I noticed the number one complaint in the reviews stems from poor service and very long wait times.

Don’t sign your check before going. When Walmart’s is down you’ll be denied for something a bigger chain approves of. Signature could have been very must compared to my license signature easily.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful! Annie makes me feel like a friend as well as a customer. The personable customer service of all the staff is much appreciated! You ladies Rock!

I am happy with the service here never have a problem with anyone. It's always been fast freindly service or at least when I come in, however their are times when my mom goes in in the afternoon hours she is waiting for a long time (2-3 hours). Paperwork is time consuming especially for every person who needs to borrow. You should go paperless and have electronic signature pads, and send copies to email unless someone doesn't have email print copy. Think of all that paper and ink you get to save money on! Also, help cut down that wait time! "Annie" the teller I usually see is great, she friendly, fast and informative!

Annie from Check ‘n Go has been helping me for years. Great customer service, very professional and gets me in and out within minutes. The reason I keep coming to this specific location is because of her service and willingness to help. Thank you Annie!

Today is May 17th Approximately 11:55 a.m. The people that are working there keep hanging the phone up. Is there a time to call when this place is run by adults and not by children? Please let your customers know the Appropriate time to call. Thankyou in advance.

Amazing experience with all services offered when Annie is managing customers. I will not speak to negative past experiences I have had here with former staff members. However, Annie has transformed my opinion of Check N Go. Her sense of humor and welcoming attitude. She works regularly, frequently with no help, and is always a pleasure. Prompt efficient service, even when she is the only staff member on. I’d give her 6 stars if I could.

I was really surprised at the speed in which I eas approved for a loan. Annie was very courteous, explained everything in great detail, and knew her stuff! I would def. Recommend Check n Go for moments when you are "a little stuck".

No since of urgency went in two tellers waited half hour only two customers taken care of so we left I had to work husband went back three hours later and they were three numbers past what he had. He was there five and a half hours waiting almost to closing time, people where standing as well as waiting outside waiting for service. If you can go to advance America they are quick friendly and clean it would be your best option. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE WAITING THAT LONG TO PAY BILLS,CASH CHECKS,OR DO A PAYDAY LOAN SO PLEASE LETS ALL TRY TO GIVE THEM LESS BUSINESS SO MAYBE THEY WILL LEARN HOW TO MOVE FASTER

I love this location. Much faster than the last location. The counter lady Anne is super fast and always polite. She even put in the effort to remember customers names,which makes me feel good as a customer.
