We purchased an Audi A6 from Barry at Audi Warwick and cannot say enough about how easy it was for us to have a great buying experience. He was able to align with what we wanted, source the car for us, send us the link to the ship as it came across the ocean, and then manage a faultless and simple delivery on site. I cannot think of a single thing that happened in this entire process that wasn't of the highest level of professionalism and met and exceeded our expectations. Everyone we spoke with or worked with were the absolute highest level of professional, and demonstrated the highest integrity in the process. I cannot recommend Audi Warwick any more highly! Worth the trip!

I recently ordered and took delivery of a 2022 RS5. This car is beyond my highest expectations. From the incredible service of my SA (David S.) to the first drive I was beyond satisfied with the experience. Although the process make take a bit of time, I can attest it was well worth the wait. These guys kept me informed the entire time and gave me some sage advise on options and kept firm to the quoted price at time of order. I would highly recommend both the car and the dealership if you are considering the brand.

I recently moved here from Atlanta where I initially got my 2021 Q3. I am overdue for my one year service. The wait for service is about 5-6 weeks. I get it in this current economy and being short staffed, but when I inquired about it I received a sarcastic and nasty response from the scheduler. I was polite and very friendly; simply asking a question. Because of the current state companies just think we are all at their mercy. Not so much, I called Mattie Audi in MA and they scheduled me for 2 days later. Very friendly, happy to help me and appreciative of my business. Warwick, since you are already so short staffed, look for a new service coordinator while you are at it. Not what I expect from a luxury car dealer.

Tom Babbitt was an incredible sales rep and made the entire process not only easy, but even fun. Beautiful facilities and great vehicles. Would absolutely recommend Audi Warwick to any and everyone.

Excellent experience. Dropping my car off was very efficient. A loaner was ready as promised. Work on the car was done quickly and well. I could not be more pleased. A far cry from my previous horrendous experience at a different Audi dealership.

Excellent service. I had just moved to RI, registered my car, and immediately flew to the west coast for 3weeks. When I got back to RI, I had a threatening letter from DMV informing me that my registration would be revoked if my car was not inspected within 3 days. Because of an exhaust system problem, my car did not pass inspection. Due to the busy time of year and the long wait to get in for service, I was expecting to lose my car registration. My service representative, Mark Comolli, went above and beyond the call of duty to somehow squeeze me in, so I was able to get back on the road. So appreciative, and I couldn’t have asked for better service!

Barry & Tom made the car buying process a breeze! They are both knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. This was by far the easiest car buying experience.

Pick up and delivery great. Love the driver. My only complaint is that I continue to get MANY calls asking me to extend my warranty. Sometimes several a day. There appears to be no way to stop them. HELP.

We just purchased a pre-used Audi Q5 from Audi Warwick on 7/29/21, and the experiance could not have been more pleasurable. This dealership is the definition of "class", it was thoroughly accomodating and spotless throughout...but most importantly, our salesman deserves a rating of "11/10"!!! You expect a lot from Audi and this dealership delivers a first rate experience in all respects. It's a very low key experience when you visit the showroom and you don't feel pressured at all. Our sales advisor, Rodney Girouard, was particularly outstanding. He asked questions to understand our driving needs and made suggestions that didn't necessarily include the most expensive model or option. Rodney was also a real resource after the sale to make sure we were able to take full advantage of all of the functionality that is built into an Audi. The service personnel are highly trained and you can be confident that routine maintenance and repairs are expertly done.

Mike was very helpful. I needed an emergent repair which no other shop except the dealer were able to fix and Audi Warwick advised me to just bring it in and they did it right away. Have always had the best experience with them from sales to service for past 5 yrs now.

The people at Audi Warwick are courteous and responsive to customer needs. I had a minor problem with a thumping noise coming from the right rear quarter of my new Audi. I brought it in twice for service. Both times adjustments were made to the suspension. The noise is greatly reduced - not entirely gone but much better. They told me they would be happy to check it out again if I wanted. I left it that I would continue driving it and if I felt it still needed attention I would bring it in.

My service advisor was awesome! He dealt with me in a professional and cordial manner. He coordinated and performed my service in record time and did an outstanding job. I strongly recommend Audi of Warwick to everyone who cares about their car.

Having to buy a car during a pandemic where there's very little inventory isn't easy; however, Barry really made the experience enjoyable, exciting and easy. Paul Cuviello was our Audi Brand Specialist. He was attentive from the moment we met. He knew what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction. I did not buy right away but went back after test driving other comparable brands. The Audi SQ5 is hands down the better vehicle. I was sad to see the vehicle I originally test drove was out for another test drive so Paul suggested I take another for a drive in the event the original was taken. Ultimately I ended up with the second vehicle and not because the first was not available but because I liked the leather interior better than the cloth.
