3 years ago, I had accumulated an unimaginable amount of debt, well north of $100,000 and no great solution to get out of this impossible circumstance. Then I met Marcia H. from the Level-Debt team, for a brief one-on-one. At first, I was skeptical, but her astounding ability to take a complex situation and simplify explaining the program, benefits and most of all finding a solution to the never-ending hamster wheel of credit card payments/accumulating debt. Some of my creditors even took legal action with suits and Marcia and her team were well equipped to handle and get them settled. This post took me some time to write because I wanted to make sure I said exactly what I felt and how impressed I am with the process. I began receiving notices months ago but ignored them. I have been in this program for awhile now and anytime that I have had any questions or concerns, all I had to do was call up my contact, Matthew Reyes, and they have been answered and addressed. I recently learned of a new accelerated hybrid program that they offer via a phone call I received, and at first I wasn't sure if it was a legitimate thing so I called Matthew to ask him and verify that it was, and he assured me it was. He gave me a basic idea of what it was and then gave me the contact number for who to call and get more detailed information. Also, my financial coach, Susan Descoteaux, whom I have monthly phone calls with, has been great! We always have pleasant conversations about how to better my financial situation as well as just about how things are going with me in everyday life. I truly feel valued by these people and as though they are generally invested in my financial and general well being. I highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with debt right now.
