Bank of the West Galleria Blvd, Roseville

This bank used to be good.They are currently in the toilet.My debit card was declined three times in three days.i have been calling them every day.there are more than enough funds.I have been on hold for 90 minutes on the 800 number.i call the local Galleria bank and get a message to call the 800 number.I need to move

Terrible bank, terrible Branch Manager named Andy. Guy is so condescending and prejudiced to a certain a group of people. Will close out accounts once my deposits clear. There are better banks and credit union than this ding dong institution that holds checks, cashiers check etc in the name of non existent security.

I had a check I needed to cash for my 11 yr old daughter. We were hit by a drunk driver and injured. This is part of her medical settlement from our lawsuit. Official check from a law office. They were rude and wouldn’t cash it. I had proper ID and the check was from an account at Bank Of The West. They told me they didn’t know how to help me and gave me someone’s business card and to call them. This is ridiculous.

I have worked with Bank of the West for many years! They take care of not just my deposits, but much of my investment portfolio. I could Bank at any Bank I want, but I chose Bank of The West because of the people. They always go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of.

Great customer service. Courteous, polite, and efficient. Been banking at other institutions and B of W is the best. We have many accounts here and we have never had a problem. Would recommend B of W to friends and family.

WORST BANK ON THE PLANET. Don’t deposit checks in a new account unless ur okay with them being HELD for up to 30 days. Only the branch manager can release holds. The branch manager at this location is completely rude. Didn’t want to help with taking the hold off She cuts you off and interrupts. As soon as my funds are Available I am closing this account. This BRANCH is the worst. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a nice area fool you. WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!

I went in this past Friday to make my initial deposit to my new account. I gave the teller my ID that has my current valid address and my DOB of course. I asked her if she need my account number she says no. I gave her 140 dollars to deposit. I didn't get a receipt but it's the bank and didn't think anything of it. The next day I log on the app to find my money not deposited into my account. On top of that BOTW is closed on the weekends. How did this teller manage to deposit my money into another account provided my ID? She clearly didn't verify my info. I'll be in there as soon as they open tomorrow morning.

I went there to cash my payroll check today and was told I can not. I've been cashing my check since I started this account back in January at another branch and this branch would not work with me. I felt they were discriminating against me.. when. Penny Gaumond went to get her manager Andrew Weast I heard them talking about me before he came over. He and she both told me it was policy but had no written policy statement .. I am VERY unhappy with this service and am thinking about canceling my account. And customer service didnt help at all. No one can show me this "policy"

We have been banking with Bank of the West for over 30 years and this branch has given the worst customer service in resolving an issue with one of our many accounts. The basically called me a liar and sent me to another department that couldn't help me and sent me on a wild goose chase!
