I tied calling and he or they whomever u are picked it up then hung it up bad buisness and non profession been reading ur reviews and if u been doin it for years why the unprofessionalism. Could have answered and said call back later u where busy or somthing ...i know a rule of buisness etgics is please the customer and ur obvioulsy not good at that im sorry u wasted my time and sorry for u
People call and I answer "Leonards", if no reply, I say "Hello" and If nobody replies, YES, I hang up, I never just answer and hang up, probably called somewhere else, I have no idea what you are talking about.

Sales person was extremely rude to me as I was trying to see what was in the display case. I not only will never go in there again but will make sure to tell others how rude and unprofessional he is to customers!

One of my favorite shops in town. Best prices around and he will work with you. He's been in business forever and has no patience for bullshit though.

If zero stars was an option, you’d be getting that. Worse customer service ever, the guy over the phone works at a pawn shop but has no clue about pawning anything. He talked like a broken robot over the phone too. Wouldn’t suggest going there.
I have no idea who this person is, but people get mad at me everyday because I won't accept there items, it's nothing personal. I have been doing this for 26 years, so I know a little about this stuff.

Have been going to Leonard’s for years and have had no problems. The owner is straight to the point, speaks his mind and has always been respectful to me.... he always gives me the best deal. Love doing business at Leonard’s!

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I wanted to sell an item that I had taken out of the box but never ended up using. He called me a liar and was very rude from the very beginning. He only offered me $10 for an item that was worth at least a little bit more than that. I ended up taking it to another shop and got $35 for. Never go here!

Very rude.. .. I called today at 3: 13 p.m. and the guy answered the phone was very rude...when he answered the phone all he said was Leonard's and was quite and when I asked my question all he said was he don't know ! I will not call again and I read a couple of the other reviews and it sounds like it's the same guy that answered my call.
