Lennar at Bryant Square Capstone Ranch Dr, New Port Richey

The Lennar were chosen from the others because the model looks good but there is a big difference in the quality between the model house and what Lennar built for you. Try to shop around and find more trusted builders with good quality control of what they build. With Lennar you will never be able to get this based on my experience.

Very friendly neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors. Love my house. We have been here for three months. There are many issues with my house that still need fixed. It is very slow going. You need plenty of patients. You must have faith that Lennar will have stuff fixed in the very near future. Looking forward to the pool, trails and parks. It will be nice when we get some information of what it will be. Again wonderful neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors.

Great new expansion to Pasco county. Close to Walmart and other shopping centers. Very well maintained grounds through entire property. Lennar homes is setting a proper standard for comfortable living. If you are in the housing market you should definitely concider Bryant Square.

Brand new construction. The quality of construction is below zero. I would give to Lennar negative 5 stars if possible. Even after you moved in, the warranty service is so bad and disresponsible and they will try to find any reason to reject your order. Be aware and try to avoid Lennar as a builder. The contractors they hire for quality jobs are low skilled and never respect your property. They can leave a food or bottle with urine somewhere inside your future home (for example behind the A/C unit inside). They can try to wash the paint brush in your sink even if there is no water inside. They will smoke and drink alcohol while they do a "quality" job for you. Try to find a more responsible builder by reading lots of reviews. Don't trust Lennar. They never complete what they promise. 02/22/2022 Some updates after 3 mounts:Many issues were fixed and many new issues were found.In general - all walls inside the house were repainted but still have lots of problems with baseboard, doors and trim throughout the entire house.The quality of the pain job, if that can be called a quality at all, is very unsatisfactory. All trim and baseboard was brushed and not sprayed like it's supposed to be done at the beginning. So I can see the fat brushline all around. Somewhere the paint layer is so thin that I can see the natural color of actual wood behind the brushline, and this looks very ugly. Looks like a very old baseboard with the mold behind the paint. Waiting for the other painters with "better experience and passion to work".Many deep scratches were removed (fixed) for the glass slide door.The backyard lawn looks very bad after 3 mounts. I can't call a grass the type of lawn Sod used by Lennar for the backyard. Even if they tell you that you don't have to sprinkler your backyard - please do. The lawn from the right side of the house was completely destroyed by contractors, worked for the building next door.A few cases when a contractor takes (stealing) the water from the right side faucet without asking me. In case if you have a building under construction right next to your home, then please put the faucet lock to prevent using your water without permission. Unfortunately most of the contractors, hired by Lennar, will never respect your property and leave cans, plastic and other construction and non construction garbage on your property and all around.Keep moving... All windows from outside were washed and cleaned from the construction activities and paint.The bricks in front of the garage were fixed. Broken bricks were replaced and spots from the caulk and paint washed out.Still waiting for the broken front door to be replaced.Waiting for the finishind of the removing scratches from the slide door and few windows.Waiting to replace carpet damaged by painters.Waiting for the sod to be replaced and fixed for the side and backyard.Waiting for the missing floor tile to be placed.Waiting for the walls to be fixed (there are three walls not in the level). I'll keep posting new updates regarding all fixes made by Lennar so then I hope this information can help you make the right decision for you when you decide to buy a new home with Lennar.

Very bad quality for brand new construction. Try to avoid this unfair builder. Very bad warranty service. The home condition is horrible on a first walk through with warranty rep and you have a choice to sign as is or lose a house. This is the only one choice you have from Lennar.

I know someone who bought a home here and they really like the community. Quiet, with a bunch of floor plans. CDD fees are a bit to steep for my liking.
