Car Financial FL, New Port Richey

I have had to extend of payments a few time never had a problem. For 2 years now every call has went my way. They work with you and treat you great. My truck will be paid off in may 2022. Would love to deal with them on my next vehicle.

These people are so disrespectful. They double charged my account for my car payment and a before I made the payment I specifically asked was the payment going to charge my card twice because I used a pay near me and she told me she was going to check and delete the initial payment. They then charged my account twice and instead of apologizing for the mistake or inconvenience they argued with me. These people are rude and I will never do anything through them again. Whole company needs to be reviewed.

I gave them one star only because I had to. Actually they don't even deserve that. They purchased my Loan from a local car dealer here and have been racking me with charges every since. Every time I made a payment they charged me an extra 6.50. I was never late on my payment and they would still call me the morning it was due and harass me. They all seem to have really nasty attitudes. I actually paid off my Loan with them over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a receipt and the title with lean release. The told me it wouldn't be mailed to me for another week. I asked to speak with the District manager and they refused. My car is paid in FULL. But these assh---- wont send me the lien release or title. Stay FAR FAR away from these people

rudest people ever. worst customer service. they call constantly, even after you pay. one more payment and I'm rid of them. if you can avoid using this company I highly suggest you do. they call you every day because whatever system they use can't keep track of anything

Everyone has a nasty attitude. Stay away. Unless you actually go in and the attitude is night and day. Update. ..01/2016..still has nasty attitudes. Feel the need to talk over you and not let you finish your sentence. Worse customer service then a Burger King.

Likes to bill you even after the vehicle has been paid off then reports negative payment history to the credit bureaus.

They don't like to respond, they charge you often even after paying the car off, it's impossible to get in contact with them, they're scammers don't trust them or broad st motors.

Absolute worst experience ever. Nasty attitudes, don't ever let you talk, forget to put you on hold and can literally hear the girls in the office talking bad about you. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you're considering going through this company, think again. They will discuss you account info with anyone the would like to. They call my references and discuss my payments and account status with them, and they are just absolutely disgusting people. Wouldn't even rate one star but I couldn't post unless I rated them something

Worst place ever to go through. Extremely terrible customer service, I was trying to be talked over, interrupted, employee and manager, i both spoke with were extremely rude, and nothing was resolved. They make you go through hell before you can pay for your own car payment, every time. If i didn't live so far I would sure go in there and watch them act night and day.
