TD Bank Old County Rd, New Port Richey

What a great bank! The tellers are so friendly and caring. I did a large transfer of funds to a different account and they took great care to verify all information before executing. That attention to detail means a lot to me. Thanks, TD Bank!

Very helpful wuth me as I open my account. Kolin was very nice and very informative on the bank ATM use and other details.

Came here to open a business account instead was treated very unprofessionally from the assistant manager “Kimberly Bruno” she was fake smiling me then at the same time gave me a racist stare. Witch I right away called her out for! Instead of apologizing she just handed my paperwork to someone non white and said “HERE” I finished opening my account with that girl but right away complained to TD Bank directly about this abuse. No one should be teated this way... and if you were a victim by this abuse. I urge you to complain to TD Bank directly through the 1800 number. People like this should not be hired in a work place. It makes a bad impression on a business. If you are racist keep your views at home and don’t bring it to work! I will be back.. Next time I’m not going to be so friendly

They gave me a hard time trying to change my name on MY account. They said I have to get the other person on the account to sign too. Why? It's my name being changed, and MY account, not theirs.

Everyone was very friendly! I was offered a cold bottle of spring water on a very hot day! I completed my business at this branch very quickly & smoothly. Ms. Singh was very pleasant and efficient to deal with and made the banking process enjoyable.

Terrible, post the withdrawals then the deposits, been ripping people off for a long time. Kept a 2600 average balance, worked there magic removed the 2500 average balance perks,ripped me off,they are shady in there practices.Will nickle and dime you.

JUST WAITED 20 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU WITH NO SERVICE

This is not a good representation of TD bank at all. I walk in and a desk person asks my name and tells me to have a seat, then I wait for 20+ minutes while she helps the two other people waiting in front of me, while two people wait for the teller line... there are apparently only two people working here at a time. Not a good look for the bank. I am surprised TD let's them keep their bank name on this location, they should just go ahead and shut this one down. Not everyone has time in their life to deal with this.

They don’t even have a branch manager, just an assistant manager. Worn down bank, bathrooms were gross and not clean. Kimberly Bruno and Shealyn always with an attitude... Keith is great, always kind and helpful as well as Georgia. Overall, disorganized and bad management. Do not recommend banking there unless you’ve been there for 20 years and you’re their favorite customer! You’re better off going to the Tarpon Branch, cleaner and much more professional management.

I opened my accounts at this branch in March of 2013 and attended the branch on several occasions that month and also in April 2013. Being a 'snowbird' from Canada, I wasn't back until numerous visits this January, February and March (2014). On each occasion, I have found all of the staff very friendly, helpful and ready to serve you almost as soon as you come through the door. I have even seen where employees who are sitting in an office will come out to see if they can be of assistance and the teller serving the 'drive through' customers will often turn around and greet customers inside the branch. The same cannot be said for the employees at another area TD Bank that I have attended on 3 occasions. I hope you people at the New Port Richey branch keep up the good work so it will continue to be a very pleasant experience for customers doing business at your location.
