My fiancé applied for a loan here and was told it was approved after a few days of back and forth with Dave. He was waiting for an email since last week to finish sending in a few things never got an email called to follow up and got told today by a different worker because Dave was “closing a loan” which happened to be every time we called that it wasn’t actually approved. So if he didn’t call he wouldn’t have known and would’ve been stuck glad he had a plan b ! I absolutely get why they have one star.

Whoever Chris is that works at the Harrisburg Branch needs some serious classes in how to act around people. My bf tried to pay a loan off today and instead of Chris answering him, he kept hanging up on my bf. Three times to be exact. Then Chris crossed way over the professionalism line and said “ maybe if you had a college education you would understand it” 🤨 Interesting coming from someone who I’m assuming went to college, but doesn’t possess the intelligence to even explain something pertaining to his own job to a customer. My bf was able to speak to a second person who explained everything and it was a smooth transaction. Meanwhile Mr. College educated’s approximate salary (2nd pic) and the guy without a college diploma’s pay for two weeks in the bottom right. Plot twist. 😂😂. Lendmark, please stop hiring 🤡’s. It’s a bad look for your company overall.

I got approved but they won’t accept any of the cars that I wanted, found another car but because it’s not in this state they won’t do it. How can you approve a loan with no car?

If I could give 0 stars I would. “David” gave me the run around all week long, told me everything was good on my auto loan, then right before I went to pick my funds up all of a sudden they needed everything all over again, he wasn’t available, Cathy never even had enough courtesy to call me and tell me what was going on. I ended up going to a credit union, what a joke this place is. Terrible experience all around

The disrespect of this company is astounding. The horrible time in this country and we have some people that have to do business this way. Would not return phone calls, Give false hope then hang up on you on top of that calls you names. This company is not the place to go for a loan.

I have worked with Dave, Cathy, and Tyler on multiple occasions and they have always been responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend them if you have needs.
