Ridiculous rates and if you fall behind they’ll call everyone you know and badger them to death with phone calls. 30%+ interest. We got a $3000 loan in 2019 have paid since then now it’s mid 2022 they say we still owe $3800. Stay away from these people at all costs !

I wish I had never gotten another loan with this place all they do is harass you calling your job and family members and they don't want to work with you as far as changing your due date so you can pay on time. Another thing I've been paying on this loan for almost 2 years and the balance hasn't come down. One person told me my balance was one thing and someone else told me my balance was something else. Stay away from this place they are RIP OFFs.

The absolute worst place to finance through. I’ve been with them for 2 years and just found out that the interest rate is almost $8,000! And I won’t be done paying until another 4 years! We’re currently in a pandemic, state of an emergency and they are still calling asking for a payment and I’m out of work. They said I have until next week to pay or they’re going to take my car. I’m pretty sure that isn’t legal.

I've never had a problem with any staff member or manager at this branch. Everytime I call it rings maybe twice and someone answers and takes my payment promptly. I'm thinking that these bad reviews less the one with the title problem, has to do with making your payment late. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the way you good do business and thankful someone was working late to take my payment after 6!

Been working with them for 2 years, awesome place. They work with you and help when they can. My Wife needed a car, they got me the loan and she has a car for her birthday.

I was grateful for the loan bc I needed the money at the time. But I feel they take advantage of that and charged way too much. Sydney was the agent that helped me. I was not satisfied with her service at all. About 10 months later I paid off the loan and still owed almost as much as I borrowed. That's with all on time payments. I would recommend them but as a last resort. Try the credit unions first.

This branch is the worst. They call me excessively (harassment) even though I have already made my payment. The last rep. I spoke with did not have record of a payment I made, even though I gave him the date it was made and the name of the individual I made it to. He still could not find the payment and then stated to me, "it's your credit". Obviously they're he'll bent on ruining it. I never seem to deal with the same person twice due to the amount of turn-overs. I'm so fed up with this branch I wish I never did business with them!! Next stop better business bureau.

Do your research & get a loan through a more trustworthy lender. Associate not knowing or giving a vibe of unprofessional doesn’t sit well for a business.
