Talk to one guy last week he was awesome, talk to another today he was indian or Hispanic idk he was rude had an attitude and very disrespectful. I decided not to get a loan from this place, i will block them terrible company

I asked for a loan to consolidate my credit card balances and pay them down. It was an easy process from start to finish, and I was approved within 72 hours. They have been gracious and easy to work with, and have made my experience nothing but positive. Making payments is simple, and they have even asked me if i need any more money. Because I am in Sales myself, I know the power of a good review, and don't usually give positive reviews unless I am completely satisfied. Check these people out, you will be glad that you did.

Asked specifically do you require collateral for me to do a loan with you guys with a lower credit score was told by the man working there they do not require one. Went ahead and applied and was approved instantly as long as I have collateral. Waste of a credit inquiry I have to wait 2 years to remove because the man lied directly to me. Would not have applied if he was honest. Do not recommend.

This company does not try to work with you at all. I was trying to get an auto loan for 2,700, i was putting a down payment that was more than half the car. I got approved. previously ive been approved for an auto loan for another vehicle at 4% and also a personal loan for 15%. They told me my interest rate is 35.99%. i understand they need to make money. But I was going to be paying 2000 dollars in interest. My credit card has lower interest rate than this place.

"Pardon our progress." Lendmark has not updated my credit report or provided my current balance since March 2017, claiming that they're upgrading their system. Bollocks. You don't take down the old system until the new one is in place. When I dropped them a note two months ago demanding that they pull their heads out, the only response was to ask if I wanted to go further in debt with these sharks. NO. Just tell me how much my payoff is so I can get out from under you!

Horrible customer service from said hawash loan consultant after waiting all day for an answer or an update he answer saying there busy calling customer and says your not approved anyway and hangs up the phone then his coworkers act like they don’t know who he was wouldn’t do any business here especially not with this loan consultant should be a little professional with customers

Threatened to report my payment late to Credit bureau over 12 days being late because I traded the car in and the new car lot hasn’t paid it off yet. Very unprofessional! I could see if it was past 30 days late but I wouldn’t recommend this loan office ! I always pay my bills, don’t be rude to your customers.

I am a returning client to Lendmark because they have taken care of me when I needed help. The payments are affordable, they are accomodating on due dates, they dont set you up on an unrealistic arrangement above your means of living, and to me that speaks volumes about their business ethics. The staff is respectful, educated, and courteous. Recently I worked with Angel, and I can't say enough good things about him. I am sure I would have had the same experience had I worked with someone else. I reccomend you give them a call if you are hesitant because you may be pleasantly surprised with the help they can offer. I would look at the content of any bad reviews before judging their service because I see a theme. They dont set you up to fail so if you go in there with a high number truly out of your means of repaying, then have an open mind to what they can offer and why because they are professionals.

I would recommend this branch to anyone who needs a little help in life. I came across it by accident and took the chance... and I am very pleased !!!!!! Everyone that I had encountered throughout the entire loan process had a pleasant and professional attitude. From Angel to Obed as well as the store manager Isaiah made the experience easy, efficient and positive while applying or repaying the loan. This company has the tools to help and the staff that possess the knowledge to do so. I am completely satisfied and will trust that Lendmark is there to help in the future when life throws a curveball. Thank you Tempe Store for being a huge stepping stone toward achieving my dreams; YOU ROCK!
