They told me they could not help me. They told me I needed a car for collateral because I submitted it through the Internet. I feel that they could have helped regardless if it was done through the Internet or not. I have a good job making 23 an hour.

Recently I had to make some VERY DIFFICULT financial decisions. So I'm no longer a LANDMARK customer. But let me say this. Landmark while not perfect, treated me well, and CHASITY was very cooperative with my situation. In the future, I'd use LANDMARK again should the need arise. When you go to them, make sure you have your information READY, as that will GREATLY SPEED UP the process! But I've ALWAYS been able to WALK IN with my information, and WALK OUT with a CHECK!! So give LENDMARK a try. As long as your prepared with ALL OF your information, and able to wait a couple hours. LANDMARK will probably be able to help you.

Lendmark has went above and beyond for myself and my wife. Ive bought a truck and 2 trailers through them and will continue to trust them with future needs. Thank you ro everyone at this location.

giving this company 1 star for providing me with a loan when needed, I never write bad reviews, but I do not play about my job. I talked to the guy on the phone about my payment and he asked where do I work now, I let him know. he asked for my work phone number and I told him I can not provide that because it is a business phone. called me and didn't get a respond, they toke it upon themselves to call every location of the company I work for asking for me. depending on your job, this action could have a person loose their job. apparently they do not have a corporate number to reach, therefore when complained I was contacted by another local landmark. will not recommend anyone to get a loan here. when I complained I did not feel like the person who handled the complain cared about the point of them calling my job. Listen, apologize, solve.

The loan rates aren't super terrible, but the employees are. They were so rude and condescending throughout my whole interaction with them. It already sucks to be in a position to have to come here, but dealing with rude, insensitive people just adds to the stress and makes it overbearing. I highly recommend not visiting this location. It's not worth the headache.

Had a great experience. Quick fast and was out with a check! I will recommend to anyone I know who needs a lending hand.
