I've been dealing with these people for over 10 years I have bought more than 6 cars from them pay them all off fantastic finance company all I can say is just pay your car payment and you have no worries buying a used car can be a challenge from anyone but you have to keep it up as far as maintenance don't know about the negative comments but all I know is pay your car note and you won't have to worry about anything else I like or anything else I always do business with them Bought cars for myself my wife and my kids no hassle money talks! Angela was my sales person the whole time I purchased over the years.shes a honest salesperson I know.

Never EVER HAD I MISSED A PAYMENT, for over 2 1/2 years of automated payments from my account they tried to repossess my vehicle , my fiancé passed away a month prior and due to funeral expenses, I called and spoke with shay on 09/01/2021 to hold payment for 09/03/2021 and authorized double payment to be made 09/17/2021…I also provided new contact info. On 10/08/20218:30pm there was 3 strange guys at my home with a boot on my truck requesting payment plus repo fees and they hadn’t even repo’d the vehicle. The information I was provided was out dated because the representative for the company (SHAY) didn’t update the system with my new contact information at the time of my call and request for delayed payment. NO CONTACT HAD BEEN MADE TO ME…I made payment in FULL plus REPOSSESSION FEES that were not of my fault…this is by far the WORST FINANCE COMPANY to deal with and I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They not worth the money or time. 3 years after they repoed a car for being 36 days late they have put a judgement on my credit & they frozen my account. Not to mention when I got the car bad tires out of alignment & I put down 5300. I would never again do business with a buy here pay here. I wish there was a negative rating I could put for there service. I went to make a payment I wonder why they where behind Bullet proof glass. I understand now. U don’t play with people’s money.

I brought a car from them back in 2013 and every week something was wrong with it not to mention the check engine light came on about 5 minuets after leaving the lot. I got sick of the car breaking down and told them to come get it. Last week they had a garnishment on my check and when I called the court they said they had sent me a letter last year to an address I haven’t lived at in 5 years. Then I called to make payment arrangements in they had a VERY nasty attitude.

The people in the finance office are very unprofessional and very rude. I will never suggest anyone buy a vehicle from them. Buyer beware! They will repossess your vehicle and then wait 3 threes to try and garnish your wages on a vehicle they have had in their possession.

The WORST finance company ever. Bought a 2011 Audi. Had it for 6 months & it needed a new engine. Was willing to pay my bill just to keep the car to work on but said I had to keep insurance on the car even though it was parked in my driveway. I was warned but I took a chance anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM A&G or CYPRUS FINANCE

I purchased a SUV from and spent $2500on maintenance, after 3 months and nearly 2 months later spent $800 on oil leaking around spark plugs at their recommended mechanics. And now took it to their mechanic on Baker road saying it needs $793 more work, and the more Brenda only offered to finace half the cost only I've spent nearly $4k in repairs alone and that's the best you can do. And I've been assisting with repoing cars for them for a year til now. Called CYPRESS and told them I no longer want the car, and explained why she said I will note your account and hung up. Truly poor customer service all the way around.

I'm definitely on board with that Jason! Our brakes went out in a Yukon my husband and I got from A&G, "brake system failed" was the message on the dash, trying to avoid an accident. We had to leave the truck in a Home Depot parking lot. My husband called the owner of A&G to let him know what happened and the owner offered to fix it.. We'll after weeks of not hearing from the owner, we got a notification from the credit bureaus with the truck up there as a repo!! Not once on the credit reports is there a late payment, but they decided to "repo" something!

Bought 3 cars from A&G in the matter of 2 months. Lexus RX 350. Lexus LX470 & Audi TT. Honestly at the end the day these are used cars period. You will always have some type of maintence to preform brakes ,tires etc. Angie is fantastic !!! Alot of other people that im missing that helped. Cypress have always been respectful and helpful when ever I needed to speak with them. I live by you get what you give. I will continue to do buisness with them . would recommend honestly . if you dont know much about cars take a mechanic with you to make wise decision on the car you are selecting. Read the car fax as well and see what maintence has been done. Like that you know what to expect and bugdet yourself for what will come at some point.

In the middle of a world shutdown and I can work my car was Repossessed! Only payment I have ever missed was during the cov-19 Epidemic! This is sad that they are 100% fine with this at at time of struggle!!
